** Tyler Childers would was my must see and would have likely been higher if the sound and crowd were better.
Agreed here. I missed out on the pit which was a big L but the sound and crowd was bad where I was also. Could've been my favorite show of the weekend I think.

i definitely had to restlessly move around until i finally found a great spot. it opened up to an even better spot when someone folded up their stupid inflatable couch 1/2 way through the show (and lo and behold, left behind a sizable gap that was easily filled with a dozen folks!)
feels like he could've been on What, but then you'd have nowhere to put Lil Nas X

next year I'm bringing a spike for all the inflatable couches in the middle of crowds
The couches were really bad this year. I also saw people with real camping chairs. How tf did those get in.
Rummy and I were guessing that a lot of one day passes were sold for Tyler Childers and Nashville folks came in. That crowd was certainly not the Roo crowd.
Hey ben. I finally got around to watching the rest of Cory’s preview which apparently didn’t air until after the Superjam. But what they were excited about was that they had just met and rehearsed with Remi Wolf and how excited they were about that. He said he knew she had it to kill a mic but maybe people know more of her stuff that’s poppier and more produced. Also he shouted out Sierra Hull* as perhaps the best musician they have ever played with. That’s more than a high compliment considering all the motherfuckers Cory has played with. Also it was the first time Vulfpeck and Fearless Flyers were all on the stage together. Also would be bass heavy with 4 bassists at the show. Dig that up on YouTube if you haven’t watched it.
*Also FYI another part of the jam got uploaded featuring Sierra playing along with Daddy, He’s got a Cessna with Fearless Flyers trading off that mandolin and bass. So so good. But it didn’t come up under Bonnaroo the way the guy who posted it indexed his upload. Damn.

1. The Midnight (I honestly just had a blast during this set, crowd around me was good and I didn't want it to end) 2. Griz CTGH (Probably the last I see Griz before his hiatus, felt like a fantastic goodbye set) 3. Paramore (I probably went harder at this set than any other) 4. Foo Fighters (Just all around fun and a fantastic way to end my Roo) 5. Sofi Tukker (Another one of those sets that was just plain fun. I liked the "game" they turned their set into) 6. Lil Nas X (Absolutely insane production, especially as a non headliner. Just an all around cool experience with great sound quality and fun tracks I knew) 7. STS9 (Good morning, Bonnaroo. Core memory for me.) 8. Rina Sawayama (Insane production on this set. Was a blast to watch, loved the Charli XCX Cover) 9. Tyler Childers (My number one must see of the weekend. The soundbleed from Swollen Teeth pissed me off and took me out of the vibe a little) 10. Noah Kahan (The energy at this set was incredible, and I know he's memed on in here but that set was a blast and everyone in the crowd knew all the words and sang along. Just a cool crowd to be in)
