Not since I want him to be there. The dudes that book the fest did say radius clause is real but they do not always abide by it and since Zach Top is the greatest country artist of the 2020s he can play Roo.

man I've been saying for years I don't understand why Daft Punk cover bands don't get booked at fests. Pay them like 50k for the show and give them 500k to rebuild the pyramid and some crazy stage production and no one would be able to tell the difference
