Chemical brothers, Swedish House mafia I can see headlining on any night. Justice I can see headlining thursday but I don't think they'd headline fri/sat/sun.

Artists like David Guetta, Martin Garrix and Tiesto would never headline a festival like Bonnaroo. Although they are considered "the best" in the genre.
The only options that would make some sense (including playing Thursday) imo:
Calvin Harris Deadmau5 or Rezzmau5 Griz Swedish House Mafia The Chemical Brothers
Artists like Slander, Illenium, Kaskade and Excision would be very disappointing if they'd headline the What stage. At most I can accept them on the Which stage like Flume did once.
Then there are EDM artists like Justice, Bloody Beetroots, Pendulum, The Prodigy who are considerably bigger in Europe than the US. But they don't headline multi-genre festivals over there (at least not in recent years).

Electronic artists that are definitely big enough to headline Roo (including Thursday PL spot): Calvin Harris Tiesto Martin Garrix David Guetta Armin Van Buuren Deadmau5 (retrospective set) / collab set with any of the folks he's been playing with recently Skrillex Marshmello Diplo Zedd Fisher Eric Prydz Above & Beyond
Maybe, but probably second/third on their day Swedish House Mafia (honestly, who cares anymore?) Afrojack Hardwell? Zed's Dead Excision John Summit Dom Dolla The Chemical Brothers Richie Hawtin The Prodigy Carl Cox? Gesaffelstein Justice Black Coffee whatever Anyma is up to next year but likely no chance it shows up at Roo Four Tet Solomun?
Electronic acts that would be insanely fun late night that I haven't listed (and are touring): Pendulum (Live) Aphex Twin Chase & Status (Live) King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard (Electronic set) Caribou Darkside Floating Points Orbital Underworld if you've read this far you should just go to Primavera or Coachella if this is what you want
