In what world do you put Lizzy Mcalpine in Sonora when she has 2 sold out shows at the Greek in a few weeks. Probably Mojave for her. Switch The Marias and Pet Shop Boys and that might be it. Drop Jack and just put Lil Nas on there. Who cares about spotify streams.
Put Paramore subbing Talking Heads
Had no idea she did that! Mojave it is lol. You think The Marias would get higher billing than Pet Shop Boys?
I feel like The Marias are about to blow up popularity wise with the new album and for comparison they are playing the same venue Rosalia did last time she was in NYC and doing Chella.

Definitely. In San Diego they’re doing two nights at the venue where The National, Vampire Weekend, The 1975, etc. do 1 night

That makes sense, my younger sisters are 17 and that age group seems to be dying for the new Marias, Clairo, Beabadoobee, Still Woozy albums which is why I put them all on 2nd line
Re: Quasar, given the apparently higher attendance for W2 sets (obviously wasn't there W1, just heard Bibi and Honey Dijon/Green Velvet drew smaller crowds, and every Quasar headliner was fucking packed W2) I wouldn't be surprised to see them go more in a kx5/Above & Beyond type direction compared to some of the DJs I see being mentioned here, although I feel like Keinemusik is so tailor made for that stage and vibe that that is the one act I'd bet on the most.

idk yall said rufus had a headliner sized crowd which seemed rly not true. I saw a tiktok of someone walking up to the rail during innerbloom, but maybe they had a way bigger crowd at the start.

Yeah I was too tired to bother replying when I saw that comment but I was able to walk through the Rufus crowd pretty easily just behind the speaker towers, it was no where close to a headliner sized crowd. It was really popular for sure but lets not try to build the "Rufus can headline" narrative based on false info.
circlebreaker, what time did you go by? Tristan, Innerbloom I think was near the end based on what somebody told me. We were leaving Sahara from Skepta right at the beginning of Rufus and yes, that crowd was absolutely insane and something I have never seen outside of a busy main/outdoor set. It took us a long ass time to get through it and it kept getting denser and denser heading towards the Do Lab, and we were nowhere near the stage.
I will say that I saw Quasar all three days at the beginning of the set (well, Rufus I just walked through, Prydz and Mau P/Diplo I watched 30ish minutes of) and those crowds were huge. But then I walked by Mau P/Diplo again near the end and it was still respectable but not nearly as big. I am assuming the biggest crowd was there for the first hour of all three.
Here's the Mau P/Diplo crowd at sunset which is probably an hour/hour and a half after they started.
I was there from the beginning for the first 45-60min, left a few minutes before Yoasobi started. I wandered around the area trying to get a feel for the stage and how the crowd was forming up, the area is wide but not mainstage wide, and while there were a lot of people going pretty far back it thinned out a lot just a couple dozen yards behind the speaker towers. I was able to walk around the crowd to go from the Sahara side to the DoLab side pretty easily.

I stalked the whole Coachella 2024 thread in it's entirety all of last year & decided to go through EVERY page to see if someone had called HLers in the earlier days before I made an account on here, so hello everyone.
Can confirm W1 Quasar had smaller crowds compared to all the sunset slot acts W2 -- whom were all incredible to watch & dance to. I do agree with Keinemusik being slated to perform at Quasar for x amount of hours.

Did anyone guess them?
Didn't someone say that all 3 were mentioned in the first 2 pages?

Page 151. Late December, this is when Doja was truly thrown in the conversation consistently prior to HDDS articles/manager leaks/etc. Could just be a coincidence? Unsure if that person is truly a reliable source, but I don't know.
Didn't someone say that all 3 were mentioned in the first 2 pages?
Page 38 is the first mention of Doja based on my searches, from someone who is deemed a credible source (or a friend of someone who is credible) on here.

Keinemusik is super boring but I bet they'll have them + another boring DJ do some long set for Quasar, especially if they have different acts each week like this year
With Chem Bros/Prydz HOLO in 2023 and Justice/Gesa in 2024, any ideas what they are going to aim for for that big outdoor electronic slot. Those have gone over so well.
