Halsey’s new album debuted with 4.67 million streams on Spotify (to compare, indie artist Clairo’s recent album debuted with 5.55 million). It’s virtually nonexistent on the Apple Music charts.
However, interestingly HDD is predicting it to sell 80-100k first week which doesn’t add up. I’ve noticed she discounted the album to $4.99 on iTunes and has been releasing new versions with bonus tracks every day for $4.99 on her digital store.
My question is, will these discounted sales be counted by Billboard or will they be tossed like Charli XCX’s?
I’ve never seen such blatant chart manipulation. I hope GV doesn’t give her the sub slot.

If we still had the sahara edm guides they would be incredible. He is still around going to shows to my knowledge. Miss taking photos of him going ham in the tent though. Like this.

Figure a top 8 at Lolla might be in the cards. Acl same with a top 6. This could be a potential final tour too. Halsey had said that with all the health issues it was going to be tough to do a full on tour. So maybe its spread out. "Summer" isnt just a month so maybe a couple weeks at a time in June, July and August might be it. Coachella would def be easy since they live in La and its a week off in between performances. I assume it drops on Friday after the Halloween performance.
How much port over do we think there will be from Desert Air? I would love to basically have the whole lineup on the fields next year (minus maybe Kaytranada, but I haven't seen his new show yet, and 2023 was quite good)
Is there any reason to think Ghost is in from their new dates? Or too much planes
Probably OUT. The 19th and 20th are out, so Ghost could only play on Friday the 11th and 18th. Based on their dates, they'd need to fly to the UK on the 16th, play on the 18th, and then fly back that following night to the UK to make it out.

I thought exactly this. Dates were set with Coachella start and PNW dates were the only ones that were feasible.
I don’t see how you come to NA and not do California dates if you’re in the West Coast already, it’s gotta be Sunday at Coachella.
