Tylenol/OTC pain meds should win over caffeine if we're going the milquetoast route. Probably the biggest quality of life improvement you can buy for the least amount of money.
Steroids shouldn't be getting votes this early. Flonase has vastly improved my quality of life.
they weren't clear in the first round if they meant specifically dextromethamphetamine, or if that also includes the L-enantiomer levomethamphetamine, which is my nasal decongestant of choice.

Idk that tough. Throw in liquor (which I’m unfortunately currently off of) and cigarettes and it would be hard to rank. The herbs is probably my favorite or alcohol.

Years ago I quit caffeine to see if it would help my acid reflux. I was off the stuff for a solid month and a half. My first sip back it was like a koala bear crapped a rainbow in my brain. I've done all kinds of drugs but that was a peak psychoactive moment.
