Portola's lineup is so good. Going to be very hard to top that.
Who do ya'll hope to be at iiiPoints? We already got Justice, Sammy, Jamie xx, Mochakk, Horegiirl,
Really hoping we get Jessie Ware, Soulwax, and Barry Can't Swim. Deltron and Disclosure would be cool too since it's been awhile since I have seen them.

Despacio, duh (drink)
Considering Portola got just about every relevant electronic act available, if IIIP wants to exceed them, I imagine they gotta book decent Portola crossover + some pretty big live acts. That said, Jungle, Rick Ross & Toro is a great start.
Khruangbin seems likely. Would also love to see Remi Wolf, Killer Mike or Big Boi.
But still missing a headliner...Tyler? Grace Jones? Or (and don't hate me), but maybe even Gwen Stefani?? Sinopoli seemed to really enjoy seeing No Doubt at Coachella...

I was comparing 2019’s to last years map and noticed Despacio had taken the place of my favorite stage, mainframe, which sucks cuz that was a really cool area.
But with Despacio not returning y’all think they might put mainframe back in there? I watched a walk through video from last year and saw an outdoor stage that had a similar vibe

I'm like 90% sure the Mainframe being back inside was confirmed again. Deff my favorite stage
yes to the left when you walk in where despacio was. One year to the right they had all the art installations and then a Brian Eno like meditation/chill out chamber which was cool too

That's crazy I have been going every year post pandemic and some of my favorite sets ever are at the Mainframe, but when it was in the warehouse before it got shut down RIP.

Yeah the original mainframe had some of my favorite sets Rufus (before they got big), Yaiji, Lil B, Mark Ronson vs Kevin Parker, Chanel Tres, Toro Y Moi, Jpegmafia, Virtual Self, James Murphy, Ghostface Killam Tim Hecker, David August, Godspeed!, DJ Koze.
It's deff been my favorite stage of all my years there, the warehouse feel at 4am gets pretty intense.

My thoughts exactly with the warehouse feel. And we’re apparently the same person with our favorite sets in there, that 2019 Saturday night run of Rae x Ghostface > Yaeji > and I think James Murphy till like 5am was craaazyy. Then the next day was God’s Pee and DJ Koze I think
