what are the chances that we get a lineup + venue announcement in late November?
not terribly unlikely, this is very similar to 2023 when we didn't even know if the fest was happening until they uploaded that 10 Year cake video like mid Nov

Cruel New World just dropped. New Order up top would be a nice #2 on their day.
Stupid SK is the only reason I'm not planning a Cali trip right this moment. That lineup is stupid
This is the only reason I’m annoyed by them not at least officially stating one way or the other on May. As of now we’re planning to do FQF in New Orleans in April but we’re considering giving Jazz Fest a shot instead depending on what happens with SK.

I’ve got a trip to Pittsburgh planned already for April. If they announce it for May I’m going to be pretty pissed too. Doing both will be impossible for me to do.

my group is anxiously hoping it's in the fall and the lineup's good because it'll be easier for all of us to get there so I feel this

same.. there's a smaller fest in philly the usual weekend in may that i want to do, so some dates would be nice.
we had a bit of overlap with danny wimmer last year. I'm not familiar with a lot of the undercard, but a couple of the logo ones (*cough* Jimmy Eat World) aren't out of reach.
If this Ghost presale pricing in Nashville is correct then they are definitely headliner level at this point.
Granted it's a Saturday and Nashville seems to be way overpriced relative to other markets but these are looking like $250+ lower bowl ticket prices for a band I just saw at an outdoor venue walking distance from this arena a year or so ago for $25.
**My guess is by how fast these tickets are NOT selling in the artist presale that people are having quite the sticker shock. Definitely going to wait this one out.
