That doesn’t bug me that much, if the rest of the lineup is good then it’s whatever. Earlier time for me to head to the hotel/condo to catch myself before going to whatever late night I’m going to.

it shouldn't bug you at all because I'm lying
I don’t believe you’ve ever admitted this. Is our little boy growing up?

But are you really though? After all, Marcus Mumford does love C3 festivals more than he loves life itself

I wouldn't put it past Maynard to do a Tool show in the middle of that tour. Tool played Roo in the middle of a Puscifer tour in 22, but it would either require him to go from Arkansas > ATL > Huntsville b2b2b or Tampa > Atlanta > Charlotte > VA b2b2b2b. Same for Primus.
Not out but it would be a tough schedule for any of them.

I think it most likely rules those 3 completely out. Rogers to ATL is 10.5 hours away with no stops, so if it’s the first weekend of May it’s a no I would think. Tampa is a better option, but that like Bugs said is 4 dates in a row and I don’t think that’ll happen. APC is a perfect Piedmont closer and Primus/Pus would be great but I don’t see it happening.
I guess I am in the minority of wanting a May SK, but I didn’t go to Spooky Knees either.
It’s mostly because I have a whole plan laid out for early May with those dates.
Same. I have a basic schedule/pattern. May is now for SK in Atlanta and October is for hiking, beer, and hopefully music in Asheville. I can definitely flip those around with enough notice.
It is kind of crazy though that we’re more than 4 months from SK 2024, 3 months from the typical upcoming year announce, and not a peep from SK about 2025.

Something that worries me is that there aren’t any “obviously playing SK” dates announced yet. Like a rock band playing Nashville Wednesday and then Tampa Sunday or something.

Someone in the subreddit has been saying it’s gonna be in the Fall for like 2 months now bc their brother runs a music fest that shares artists with Shaky.
