I know about five Guns N Roses song that I feel like I could legitimately rank, but I don't think I can make an informed decision this week for ten. Listened to Civil War, Welcome to the Jungle, and Knocking on Heaven's Door yesterday, and it brought back some memories from middle school though.
With that said, I'll take suggestions for listening this week, if anyone wants to throw them out there.

I think I can do all of these without too much additional research except for GnR
It's proven quite difficult to get my Radiohead list down to just 10 also: started at 35 and am hitting a wall now at about 15 songs left that are all just absolutely essential
The nice thing about GNR is that they have six albums and an EP. One of the albums is a covers album, one is a live album, and another is Chinese Democracy.
Edit: Appetite For Destruction and Live Era would probably cover most of the bases. You don't need to do Lies, The Spaghetti Incident, or Chinese Democracy. Use Your Illusions I & II are worth your time but you get a lot of that on the live album and usually in better form.

from a recovering GNR nerd who thinks Chinese Democracy is underrated
It's So Easy Mr. Brownstone Welcome to the Jungle Locomotive Coma You're Crazy (slow acoustic version) Estranged Rocket Queen Nightrain There Was A Time

It's not bad. It's just not essential. Like, I imagine there are few sane people walking around going 'I love Chinese Democracy but the other GNR albums suck.'

If nothing else, the full Wikipedia page for Chinese Democracy is a fun read. To put it mildly, production on the album was contentious and took longer than expected

It’s So Easy Rocket Queen Nightrain 14 Years You Could Be Mine Estranged Dust N’ Bones Out Ta Get Me Back Off Bitch Shadow Of Your Love
I hope this is alright, but because I don't know much past the singles, I passed the question to my old roommate who fucking loves GnR, and this is his ranking
November Rain Paradise City Love and Let Die Mr Brownstone Patience Sweet Child o Mine It's So Easy You Could Be Mine Knockin on heaven's door Rocket Queen

lol agree with that. It actually fits in pretty well with all of the Guns albums if you ask me, in the sense of there are some songs i think are phenomenal and some I don't care if I hear ever again (even Appetite has a couple of these). past There Was a Time, I love the title track, Better, and IRS. Catcher in the Rye and Prostitute are solid too.

November Rain Paradise City Live and Let Die Sweet Child o Mine Mr Brownstone Patience It's So Easy You Could Be Mine Knockin on heaven's door Rocket Queen
editing to put Sweet Child above Brownstone, it's just too good.

IMO the "trilogy" of don't cry > november rain > estranged is the best thing Guns N' Roses ever did. Those tracks came out in 1991 and in a way marked both the high point and the end of "hair metal". those songs, and in particular the videos (the estranged video was released in 1993 and cost $5,000,000), also were illustrative of the sins of pomp and excess of the era, paving the way for the rebellion against that grandeur in the form of grunge and even thrash metal, both genres stripping away the brightness, fantastical, and hedonistic elements of rock and roll in favor of dull or dark colored attire, gritty lyrical subject matter, and crunchy riffs.
also threw chinese democracy on there because i think it's a pretty good record and that song rips live.
also "its so easy" is a fucking awesome song to open a show with.

also i listened to the trilogy on my run yesterday and slash is such a good guitarist. actually really remniscent of dean ween (or vice versa). maybe not the playing 50 notes a second type of technical player, but his guitar has incredible tone and he plays with a lot of soul.

when they were doing a bunch of old song bust outs in the summer of 2016 i was sure they were going to play it at the MSG shows, and I was very bummed they didn't

realize i didn't arrange these songs in my top ten. i redid the playlist but typing here as well:
Estranged November Rain Don't Cry It's So Easy Patience Paradise City Welcome to the Jungle Sweet Child O' Mine Mama Kin Chinese Democracy
1 It's So Easy 2 You Could Be Mine 3 Welcome To The Jungle 4 Sweet Child O' Mine 5 Patience 6 November Rain 7 Think About You 8 Civil War 9 Estranged 10 Shadow of Your Love
I also included the acoustic version of November Rain on the playlist. It reminds me of something from a 70's horror film like Burnt Offerings. Or maybe from Love Story. Not sure why. I really like the version but I didn't want to have two versions in my top ten.
I also begrudgingly removed covers of theirs that I liked like Attitude, Knockin' On Heaven's Door, Nice Boys, and Mama Kin.
