Every late-period Maiden album has at least one song that completely stacks up to any of their best 80s material. Quite frankly can't think of another band this consistent over such a long period of time.

Completely agree, A Matter of Life and Death is front to back my favorite Maiden album. The only comparison I can think of is Rush with how strong they finished, but they also had lulls here and there.
