I tried to listen to the Tokyo show where they played a majority of Dark Side, and the sound quality was so poor that I just turned it off and listened to the original album instead. Its a cool relic, but didn't blow my mind.

I know I posted this a while back somewhere else, but being that its Pink Floyd week, figured I'd mention it again.

The Dark Side of the Rainbow is something cool to watch if you have some time to kill and feel like listening to some Floyd. If you haven't heard of it, it's the Dark Side of the Moon played over The Wizard of Oz. Lots of cool little things to notice with the two synced up.

Fuck if that motherfucker Syd wasn’t crazy before he was crazy. Bike ends one of the sides of Piper (as it appeared on Nice Pair) after weird psychedelic shit like Chapter 24 and Scarecrow. Tripping to that shit young causes at least some brain damage.
