Not a T-Swizz fan but she's got some bops, 1)You Belong With Me 2)Love Story 3)Shake It Off 4)Mean 5)Coney Island 6)No Body, No Crime 7)Wildest Dreams 8)Teardrops on My Guitar 9)Bad Blood 10) Safe &Sound
That's all I got, honorable mention to 22 which is possibly my least favorite song ever written. I would rather listen to Crazy Frog or The Macarena.
Looks like this is only 9 songs.. have a 10th song you'd care to throw on at the end? I'm afraid our offices are unable to accept partial submissions

I am not enough of a fan to have a top 10 but I wish I was. My Swift memory is walking into the garage while my dad was working on something, this is probably 5 years ago, and he was belting out the chorus to Mean, I mean BELTING.
That's my favorite Taylor song and the reason for it.

This was a hard one for me but I think I'm locked in on ten:
1) Holy Ground (Taylor's Version) 2) All Too Well (10 Minute Version (Taylor's Version) (From The Vault)* 3) exile (f Bon Iver) 4) betty 5) We Are Never Every Getting Back Together (Taylor's Version) 6) Love Story (Taylor's Version) 7) Begin Again (Taylor's Version) 8) Fifteen (Taylor's Version) 9) the 1 10) Mean

*What a ridiculous title
not sure i've seen "Begin Again" orrrrr "the 1" on other lists so far but both will definitely be on mine. "exile" and "the 1" are far and away my faves from folklore

trying to submit today or tomorrow!
I'm so Red and folklore heavy but I didn't want representation from other albums just for representation's sake. I could easily have submitted a top twenty-five without struggle.

as a fellow "Begin Again" lover, do neither "Last Kiss" or "Mine" particularly speak to you? I feel like they have similar vibes
(but i here you on the top 25 could be done easily lol)

Not Last Kiss but Mine for sure would've made the 25. There's like seven off of that album that I have in regular rotation.
wow this was fucking hard to narrow down. but here goes. as you can see, i went Emo Tay and some of her boppier stuff that I do love (You Belong with Me, Blank Space, I Know Places) fell into HMs instead of top ten. i will never apologize for or downplay my love for taylor swift's music because although i cannot relate to dating a bunch of rich famous dudes like her exes have mostly been, some of her heartbreak songs have resonated in such impactful ways when i've gone through my own millennial female romantic struggles. ATW is far and away my number one in part for this reason.
and then some others i love are just because they are bops.
1. All Too Well (10 min version obvs, but I imagine any vote for ATW counts all towards one selection for the rankings) 2. Treacherous 3. Long Live 4. The Way I Loved You 5. exile 6. Clean 7. the 1 8. Begin Again 9. Cold As You (not sure this will make anyone else's list but i have some serious sentimental attachment to this song as it was on repeat during the multiple points of drama between me and this guy i was on/off with throughout the entirety of college but never actually dated...i was young and dumb and it was the definition of "opposites attract" but in an unhealthy way, and idk this song just hits at me hard still) 10. Mine
HMs (these are all the ones that didn't make Top 10 but i wrote down when initially just jotting down all my faves that come to mind): You Belong with Me, Sparks Fly, Red, Fifteen, Blank Space, Last Kiss, I Almost Do, The Moment I Knew, Dear John, I Know Places, Enchanted, Haunted, Mean, peace

alright friends (specifically Rummy 500 ), my top 10 is done. i challenged the lady to do this with me so we've worked on our respective lists for about the past hour. i like what i have right now, but it probably changes just about every day. my initial list started out with 25+ songs after looking over the whole discography lmao needless to say its a mix of what i think is some of her best work and also just what is my favorite/what i never ever get tired of
1. Style - this was the only one i've long known the ranking for. idk what it is but this is simply one of my favorite songs ever 2. False God - when i finally went through Taylor's discog around the start of 2020 i was a Lover HATER bc of the singles but this song kicked my ass the first time i heard it and i've never looked back 3. Enchanted - just blew my mind on first listen and love the whole progression of the song. 4. All Too Well - not much else can be said about this one. it's immaculate but tbh i'm a bit tired of how much it gets talked about lmao 5. Paper Rings - my girlfriend sent me this when trying to get me into Taylor before i did my deep dive and i have never listened to this without just smiling so big and dancing 6. Dear John - one of the best "diss tracks" ever. the way this woman used dude's own guitar riff is so sinister and i love it 7. Stay Stay Stay - just way too fun tbh. the first song i listened to when Red Taylor's Version came out because the girlfriend asked for it, so kind of an emotional attachment you know 8. Cornelia Street - the song is incredible as is but the live in Paris version is just INSANE 9. How You Get the Girl - again, one of the first non-radio hit Taylor songs bc of the girlfriend but damn is it so sweet, fun, and catchy 10. Dress - Reputation was the first Taylor album i fully listened to bc i was a high school boy who was too cool for her but i somehow loved it and this is definitely my favorite from the album at the moment
some honorable mentions (not listing all of the prelim list bc 1. i deleted them and didnt save the list and 2. just going off top with some favorites i didnt get to include) : Sparks Fly, The Story of Us, Our Song, Better than Revenge, State of Grace, This Love, Wonderland, Dancing With our Hands Tied, no body no crime, seven, august, peace
well, that is my novel from Inforoo's biggest T-Swizzle fan boy
She's got so many good songs but I'm super bummed by the lack of Holy Ground love here.
definitely understandable. obviously this could be said for tons of musicians throughout the years, but, in terms of more recent artists, i think it's quite impressive that she has such great output that no matter who you ask they will likely have a completely different top 10 yet most people will completely understand how those 10 songs are received even if they aren't on their own list

Rummy, plz reply w review/opinions
i willll later today (i'm about to get on a virtual conference session til 11:30ish) because i definitely need to go listen to a couple of these as research before replying! e.g. i cannot memory recall what "False God" orrrr "Cornelia Street" is like at all!
haha and i honestly stopped writing under the HMs section because it was already too long...but i should've included "Better than Revenge" nonetheless. what a bop.

i like that song a lot!
but as you can see i already had threeee of my top ten coming from Red and as i just replied to browell, i honestly stopped listing out my HMs at a certain point because it was getting lengthy as is; "Holy Ground" would be in my top 25 almost certainly, but i have other favorites i just love more from Red

oh my, you've gotta listen to Lover more bc those are BOPS

lol yep because coming from myyyy persepective, i am so surprised that "Long Live" and "Treacherous" aren't getting more love! the former is such a great song that isn't at all about romantic heartbreak but instead an homage to her band, producers, everyone behind the scenes who have helped her get to where she is now--and i just love that <3

Except "ME!", of course. Everyone knows that song is terrible.
