There was a leak on efestivals a couple days ago, from the same person who said the lineup is coming out this month. Confirmed Deftones for Porto, Anohni, Fontaines DC, and one of Turnstile or Glass Animals
update on this, the one of Turnstile or Glass Animals is Turnstile, and Parcels is also in

I’m the guy who’s really mad Glass Animals isn’t playing Primavera.
Tyler can't miss for this. Seems like Depeche Mode kind of festival exclusive aswell.
Anyone have leaks or insight into Tyler doing both Barcelona and Porto? Seems like those dates could lock him in for both or also Barcelona and then Bonnaroo. Hoping to do Porto this year, and Tyler with a decent undercard would pretty much make that happen

In my head, this just really makes Tyler more of a lock as it seems convenient they post about the lineup coming tomorrow a couple hours after he does his big tour announcement.

if anyone's looking for a stupidly cheap way to stay in Barcelona during the festival I just found the Arc House Gracia hostel, $25 a night during the fest. Probably not what I'm gonna end up doing but it's also fully refundable so I just grabbed a booking
edit: okay maybe don't google reviews aren't looking good lol

I wouldn’t stress lodging too much. I’ve gone three times and unless it clashes with F1 weekend places in the city are plentiful and don’t price gouge for the festival.
Those who have attended, would you recommend a hotel or bnb? I’ve read about the short term rental “ban”, but unsure how enforced that is.
Personally, I go hotels 100% of the time internationally. It’s nice to have something to fall back on with in case something were to go wrong.
I’ve also heard horror stories of Airbnb hosts canceling when they realized they could get more money. Hotels do it too but I’ve had no problem with cancellations in that aspect.
That said, I’m sure others on here have had positives about using Airbnb and the like.

Did hotels right by the fest (and beach) both times. It's on the pricier end but was so nice to just walk back after a long night and also liked doing the beach during the day before the fest sometimes.

The problem is Theo and I had the most inexplicably stressful lodging experience possible this year and ideally it would not happen again

Highly recommend a hostel. Price benefits of Airbnb with the reliability benefits of a hotel. Plus good chance you’re roomed with people going to the fest, so it’s an inbuilt social group for the weekend
Loved our hotel in Poblenou in 2022. We were able to start each day with drinks on the beach, then grab a filling late-afternoon meal on our way to the fest. It was a quick walk home each morning too, rather than waiting in line for the train or shuttle
