And just adding to the headliner discussion, I don’t really care who the headliners are, but Olivia and Fred would be really underwhelming. They both just toured here this year (I literally saw Olivia like 3 weeks ago now), and I know they did the US this year too. I’ve also seen the Taylor rumors and personally it would be the biggest troll that the headliner the year I finally go is Taylor swift, but that aside, she’s also been touring the past 1.5-2years, so that would be equally underwhelming.
Undercard is always stacked, so it’s not much of a concern, but I do hope Rihanna pans out. She’s prob the one I’m most excited for out of the names being thrown around.
ETA: other acts I know are touring next year that could be cool would be The Cure, Kendrick, Gambino, Neil Young, Linkin Park, Drake.. left field wishlist who I don’t know of any touring plans for would be Dolly, Massive Attack, Chem Bros, Portishead, Roger Waters, Stones. Obviously not all of these would be headliners but they’d really beef up the top lines of the undercard
Does that make her more or less likely for Sat headliner? Feel like it’s more likely, but what’s the exclusivity clause like for a festival in London the same weekend?
ETA: never mind. Looked up this years line ups and SZA was Hyde Park’s headliner and #3 at Glasto. I’d say this makes her a lock for Saturday.
How often do you have to re-register for tix? Looks like last year’s registration is still active for me
I think its maybe 10 years but they also suggest to update your photo every 5. Seems now its prob all about keeping it up to date. Last year they had that registration purge cause they wanted to clear out old accounts or even duplicates.
