I don’t know that much about Wisconsin except I had some friends that went to college in Madison, they have a lot of cheddar cheese and Wisconsin Dells has like 20 or more water parks which I believe is the most per capita for a small area. I always wanted to go visit those. I voted 4. This would be a better 8 or 9 but the truth is out. Wisconsin is better than Oregon, Hawaii, Maine, Florida, Vermont, North Carolina and Tex’s. But since many of you are stubborn, hard-headed and don’t always listen to how I tell you things should be ranked, we are going to get some ignorant results.
The bottom is right and the very top is right. People hedged too much on good states in the middle by under ranking them. If Alaska and Colorado are still in, it’s redeemable and only slightly whack. If it’s any combination of North Dakota,, Tennessee, West Virginia, Kansas and Alabama as 2 of the last 3 we are fucked. We know DC is one of the last 3. It’s certainly not #2 or #3. And my math has been bad all survivor because this is 20 of 51 not 50. So instead of dividing by 40% it’s actually .3921. So DC will end up technical #5, #7.65 or #40.8. They have cool monuments and the Smithsonian so it can’t be the worst. And I don’t think Teddy will break it out last because we already know it exists. So we will have to decide if it’s more state #8 +/- or #40. They do have some asshole republicans and lobbyists that live there. And there is a sharp dichotomy in wealth distribution along with no representation. I think it’s closer to 40 than 8 but there are plenty of shittier states potentially on the board besides the capital city.

to clarify, I never said DC was definitely in the 20, just in the 50 instead of Wyoming. I will not confirm or deny their placement in the 20.
Wisconsin at 4 is pretty bad. Maybe not Hawaii/Oregon level embarrassing, but still pretty goofy.
You’re North Carolina. That was a fail too. It’s some of the states ranked against some of the other states. So Wisconsin isn’t a true 4 which I guess you understand it’s more like 10. and that’s probably too high but if the blue wall holds it can be #4 by November
