one of our friend grabbed that cheaper shade tent at the last minute. What a life saver! It worked great!(It did take 6 of us and 20 minutes to put it together) The only problem we had was when we had that wind storm...no big deal tho. Oh AND when it rained all the rain dripped onto our tent which sucked...should of not parked our tent so close to the shade tent. but, yeah the cheaper one is fine(I've been looking for it...Thanks smurf79!)

Of those two i would go with the columbia one because it looks like it is more ventilated. If you went bigger with the coleman though, walmart has a 8 person tent for 75 "the red canyon". the seams are taped, it has the weathertec guarantee and its huge. Plenty of room for anyone who might be hanging with you. Could even bring an air mattress or two as it could easily fit 3 queen sized air mattresses inside. The entire rainfly is placed above the tent itself so you are less likely to bump into it and get wet.
