I had planned on dropping-off some water, beer and whatnot at Camp Inforoo. However, as things stand now, I'll be lucky to even be able to make it to Roo at all. Sorry guys. If things change, I'll let you know. (I hope they do)

I would really appreciate some water. I will be coming by shuttle and bringing as much booze etc as I can carry but a case of water on top of everything else will be a real struggle.

Hello all!!
I think it's so awesome what you guys are doing! So much love
I wish that I could help, but seeing that I'm flying in and taking the shuttle straight to the site, I'm actually in need of some help.
I am going to be bringing a very small tent and was wondering if I could borrow some shade at the inforoo campsite? I can probably ask for this when I get there but just incase one of you are general admission tent only inforoo campers I thought I'd ask.
I plan on bringing a cooler on wheels(if I can find one small enough to bring on the plane) and was wondering if I could get some ice? I don't know how much I would need for the 4 days, but just enough to keep the beer cool and for some relief. It would be so much appriciated!
A cot would also be stellar, but the ground/sleepingbag also works fine for me.
Thank you guys again so much! Karma and love to our car traveling giving inforoosters!!!

Ejamesglend: Theoretically, the Helping Hands area will have extra shade and equipment. Of course its 1st come, 1st serve. There may also be tarps and such to borrow to make your own shade. Check in when you get there, See ya there.

I might bring an extra tent that I found on the cheap at a yard sale. It just depends on how much we want to handtruck with us to camp only. Hopefully it is not raining to hard while we are hauling all of that to the site, that would suck.

I'm bringing a couple cases of water too. Can anyone think of other bulky items that are hard to transport? ???
I can, shade canopy... I have been racking my brain trying to think how to strap one to my frame pack and bring it all the way from cali... Inforoo tent only needs all the shade it can get!
OK, the coolers are packed with everything except ice! Will throw the ice on top in the morning right before I load everything into the RV...have 4 extra coolers...2 big ones and 2 little ones. Stocked them initially with water, pepsi (at Ziggy's request!) Diet Coke, Coors Light, Tecate, and Yueling (found the cans!).....so all I need are some strong backs to help me carry them from RV to camp Inforoo tomorrow!! ;D
wow! this is really great of you all. my husband and i are coming via the 'hound. so we just might be by the tent. those chairs would be oh so wonderful! top notch guys
You might want to read the date at the top of this thread. This is from last year. the general disorder of Roo made this not work out as well as we had hoped.
I still thiunk it would be a good idea for people to bring a little extra (I know I will) but as far as setting up a designated area, this likely won't pan out. We can leave extras at Camp Inforoo if that's okay with whoever has authority to say yes.
What does everyone think? Should we start a new thread where people can ask and people can volunteer to donate? I'll happily volunteer to start the thread and keep it updated like last year if there is an interest.
Chime in.
Lauren: Welcome aboard. I'm sure there will be extra supplies no matter how this thread works out. I know I'll bring some.
Karma to you

Troo - I tink - like you - that it is a great idea in theory but did not work out too well last year - that said - we will have extra water and stuff for anyone who needs it - more then willing to haul it to Camp Inforoo
This was a great idea. We left a tent, two traps, some rope and a chair at Camp Inforoo last year. Those who were there didn't seem to know why I was leaving it there. I left it with full intension of never getting it back, I just wanted to know it was used by someone. I will bring extras this year, for those who forgot something or broke something. Just look for the inforoo t shirt, you know you can find a helping hand there.
We should have little inforoo flags to mark members camp sites? Any thoughts?
