I'm prepared to be thoroughly smitten for this one...
Is anyone else pissed off about all of the "glass smuggling" talk that goes on?
I mean, there is no glass for a reason. TONS of people are gonna be barefoot (or close) and there is a LOT of dark stumbling between tents.
Who wants to step on your broken wine or beer or frappichino bottle and slice their foot up in the dark because you just plain REFUSED to be without your choice of beverage for the 4-day trip?
Feel free to call me out on this one, but i don't want to sever a toe because someone passed out before they could clean up their broken trash...

Totally agree also....Bringing my vodka in plastic, and leaving the wine at home. Sorry, but there is no good wine in a box that I have found. If someone knows of one, let me know!

Black Box wines are at the top-end of the boxed wines. The Shiraz is particularly good.

if you're going to bring glass bottles- be responsible - keep a recycling bag in your RV or car trunk and keep all empties in there.. follow that simple rule and i dont see why bottles shouldnt be allowed.

beacsue no one follows the rules and htere are people that could get hurt - me - personally - I wear shoes all the time - too much nastiness to step into
I'm kinda shocked anyone goes shoeless anywhere but in Centeroo. I've got bad ankles and I guess I'm too used to wearing hiking boots while camping and backpacking.
I'd be more worried about stepping on a needle than a piece of glass (yes, I've seen needles in the campgrounds).

I am sure they are there
my feelings on being barefoot - it sure feels great at home when I know where I am stepping
a stange place with 100,00o people, in a strange state of mind - is not hte place to be barefoot

I haven't...B'roo doesn't strike me as a mainline kind of party...
