So... We have been talking (in the fashion thread) about getting together to get all girlied up for a show, or at least all getting together to head out to one...
Well, if you ladies are still interested, lets figure it out!
I'd like to do it for an earlier show... but thats just me. What do you think?
i'll get all gussied up for john butler, he's dreamy
LMAO! ;D
Do IT! I'm sure all of us ladies on the Girly Fashion Thread will be happy to throw down and help you out with any accessorizing you might be in need of to get "Just that right look" to impress.....
As for the official meet up....I'm game for whenever boom...what did you have in mind???
John Butler works for me...Sunday might be better, Sat seems like a busy day with Ziggy, Ben and the Police, unless we go early like The Wild Mags or something. But I think the best early show is going to be JB....at least worth gussy-ing up for! So...since we seem to be the only ones representing...we can make executive decisions I guess
my only prob with it - can meet ya'll but have no idea how gussied up I will be - not in the middle of the afternoon - if I end up in BFE - I am not going all the way back to camp to change and all that - you'll have to take me anyway you can get me
Well, thats one of the reasons we should/could pich JBT, its the FIRST show of the day... which means you are still "fresh" in the morning. And... if you like, you can stop by Camp Inforoo and get pretty with us... (I'm sure there will be GLITTER!) and we can all go from there.

John Butler Trio, good choice. It's gonna be a great show and he's only playing for an hour (why? I don't know) So you don't have to be there for too long. I'll make sure and say hi if I see a group of dolled up ladies getting their groove on.
I'd love to meet up with y'all but Sunday might be difficult. Realistically, after Saturday late night, I'm useless. The whole farm is burnt. It might be easier if we met up for something on Friday when we're all a little more... umm... alert.
hmmm, friday.... I know it's later in the afternoon but how about MF & Spearhead? That's sure to be a fun show that I know I'll be at. Or for earlier how about Cold War Kids or Paolo Nutini?
*i like coconuts, you can break them open they smell like ladies lyin in the sun** *Hell I don't even know where I am** *for now I must sit here and ponder the yonder: The herbivores did well cause their food didn't never run** *We listen, if it feels good We shake** *You made a big impression for a girl of your size, Now I can't get by without you and your big brown eyes.**
I'm all about Cold War Kids. I'll have to drag my little brother along, but I'm sure he won't mind being around a bunch of pretty girls ...I'll bring the glitter!!
everyone in my family has too much fur otherwise I would tell them to meet with you guys
LOL! We have brushes, combs and ribbons!! You'll be amazed at the results ;D The dreds might take a little while tho'.....might want to get here early......

"That's the big thing about education. People can be book smart, but not really intelligent about anything else. A lot of times they just taking in all this information and regurgitate it. It's much more important to process it and personalize it. To apply it to your world, to your life. You have to walk the walk, or you can't really report about it honestly."
