Well, it's absolutely gorgeous in the 'boro right now, which is just a short ways from Manchester. Hopefully this weather will hang around.
What is up with these weather people anyway? - Didn't they have this same forecast about a week ago and then they changed it to all sunshine a few days back, and now there back to rain... (I could be wrong about this) ? Is the low %chance of rain making it hard to choose between the sunny picture and rainy one? Maybe they should make a picture that better represents this situation...
Heheeheee this thread got so much quick reaction! Heheheahahah Too funny.
In my expert Festival Goer Opinion, someone who worries about the rain and gets all "long in the tooth" about a little or alot of rain isn't a veteran festie goer. I never sweat the small stuff like rain. (Although sun is nice)
Once you've been to a lot of Festies, you don't even notice the rain.

Everyone who thinks that some how a shower will cool down the fest is sadly mistaken..
the humidity from the shower will blanket the place in heat, making it unbearable.
I have 70% believe in that statement! Actually you are absolutely right.. an overnight shower will make that sun up so much freakin worse the next day!
I think that's an ideal forcast. Look at the temperature, under 90 every day but sunday. And I'd definately prefer a little bit of rain to no rain at all. Though I suppose I'd prefer no rain to a whole sh!tload of rain all weekend. However, nature could care less what I'd prefer, so I'll shut up now.
