We were in Camp Jabba The Hutt. It was AWESOME! Only a quick three minute walk from the Centeroo side entrance, with port-a-johns on the way. The walk back from Shakedown was kinda rough, though...
Definitely worth it to wait in 5+ hours of traffic!
weeeeird... I was in Camp Jubba the Hutt too! I wonder if we were like... neighbors or something.
I was in Camp Boba Fett, right near the corner of 9th and West 2nd St. We were the 4th tent over from 9th St so it got sort of dusty around our place. Plenty of room though, and only a 7 minute walk to Centeroo. Can't complain for my first time.

Camp Chewbacca. As soon as we were setting up the tent, people kept letting out the Chewy yell!
We were in Chewbacca too! I was camped by the guy who kept starting the rounds of Chewy yelling. The best part was when like 20 people were doing it all at once. It made me happy.
We were in Camp "White Space". By that I mean our camp site had no name, so maybe Camp No Name would be better. We were in RV, across the road from George McFly, in the space on that map that was just "white space"...it was also across from Bushy Branch where that one lady with the ample bottom was selling ice for like 4 or 5 days.
Unfortunately we were *right* by the spotlight so that shined into our pop up each night (not fun). Convenient spot though.
Camp Billy Ray Valentine, I think .. maybe. Am I the only one who has trouble going from my memories of the walk to looking at it on a map? I know we were by the 9 though. That looks pretty far out there, but i didn't think the walk was too bad. so many things to see and hear on the way, thats part of the fun.
I lived for my blue +5 balloon. That was my Mecca to get home. I could almost hear it singing the hallelujah chorus the one day we got lost coming back from Shakedown and I almost passed out from heat. I couldn't remember my camp name, street names, but I could always know my balloon would lead me home!

Hey Boom, I think I saw you many times going back to my spot at Sloan Paterson. If you remeber seeing a 6"2' black guy with a cowboy hat (my friend, pretty easy to recognize) you probably saw us going back and forth from our campsite a lot. We had a little commune about 10-20 ft from the hole in the fence.
"That's the big thing about education. People can be book smart, but not really intelligent about anything else. A lot of times they just taking in all this information and regurgitate it. It's much more important to process it and personalize it. To apply it to your world, to your life. You have to walk the walk, or you can't really report about it honestly."

Were any of you camped in VIP on the I guess you'd say "other side" of the entrance to the main stage...we were camped there and in the back next to the fence....I'd love to know if I talked to one of my fellow infooroosters while I was making my many treks to the port a potties...
Alieblue we were right near the +5 balloon too. Made things really easy to find but the bright lights sort of overpowered our campsite.
We were like... between the balloon/porta potties/food and the intersection en route to Centeroo, so we didn't get too much spotlight. If you were on the street with the help tent on your right and the porta potties on your left facing toward Centeroo, we were on the left second row from the street. Did that make any sense at all?

Hooray for Pod 5. I'd still be wandering around without it's glowy guidance. We were about 150 feet from you in Camp Hansel . Second row from the food heading away from Centeroo but on the right side of the street. They started a new row for us when we got there, then only put two other cars in our row... something about a firelane. We had plenty of room, although the sound of the porta potty doors closing all night was a minor annoyance.
