you know, getting a bunch of inforoo'ers to agree to all turn into glowing stickpeople for a show, would be pretty fantastic. im in. if we could get 10 people and all go see one latenight set - i'd be great!

I am soooooo excited. Less than 2 weeks away. I just finished making my costume. I bought some EL Wire, a thrift store vest, some fur, and some awesome el wire glasses. There have to be more people making/bringing costumes, lets see them.

Last year on Fakedown street I saw a guy dressed as the scream-movie killer talking to some people and really freaking out one of the girls. After a minute he started to take off his mask and the girl started screaming in this outrageous southern accent "Oh mah gawd, he's pullin' his face off!"
That is sweet, what did you use to make it glow (sticks, paint etc?)
The glowing blue light is EL Wire. Rather pricey, at about $80 for 40 feet plus a remote to power the wire, but if you consider that I'll have this for years and glow sticks every night to go around something like that would be around $10 each night, so...
idioteque - I am open to accessories, but I don't like necklaces (too much stuff hitting my body when I am dancing around) any suggestions?

I think some glow bracelets for your wrists would be a nice touch! (several on each arm) for bracelet colors i'd say continue with the blue theme or pick one color like yellow or red for a fun contrast
I plan on wearing mine at all the nights. I like to wear my costume the whole time, then people can recognize you if you met them the night before, it makes for much easier conversations, more interesting people that you meet, etc. It just makes the whole experience better. (I mean c'mon who doesn't want to see/play with the furry vest with blue neon glow lights on it that flash with the music)
i found my wings randomly in the trunk of my car under a case of water..dont ask..any how i finally fit them in my suitcase..god forbid i get that random security check at the airport..1 more hour and ill be on my way!!!!

We plan on stopping at Bass Pro in Nashville. They have some glow stick kits with 100 bracelets for 10 bucks. They also have packs with glow stick balls, glasses, rabbit ears, and frisbees. We plan on having the whole collection.

i wore a Friday the 13th mask. did anybody take pictures of me other than at the inforoo brunch??? i hope so... i had alot of people laugh and/or tell me how awesome it was. i didn't see anyone else with the masks on, and i figured i would it being friday the 13th and all...
