Chicken gyros and frozen lemonade! I swear after all the sun and dancing and everything, that frozen lemonade I had last year was the best thing my mouth has ever tasted.

black bean quesadillas with guac and salsa from the stand near the ferris wheel (and where they were selling frozen coffees and french fries with chocolate dip or something!)

you haven't had quesadillas until you've had some real mexican quesadillas with huitlacoche ;D which is sort of a fungus that grows on corn (not that type of corn)
this thread is making me hungry, i need to try that famous garlic grilled cheese when im over there.

There's no combination of words I could put on the back of a postcard. No song that I could sing. But I can try for your heart Our dreams, and they are made out of real things Like a, shoebox of photographs With sepiatone loving Love is the answer

"We're no longer called Sonic Death Monkey. We're on the verge of becoming Kathleen Turner Overdrive, but just for tonight, we are Barry Jive and his Uptown Five. "
if you walked through random camp sites, people were making things to sell that looked really good.
I bought the craziest long island ice tea from some people making them... they even put tea in it! Haha, insane.. but extremely good.
Oh yeah, and I can't wait to get my hands on some Magic Hat beer! SO GOOD...
I heard those LITs they were selling were POTENT!! More then one person told me one of those was all they needed for a good buzz! Of course, that's the beauty of that particular drink...

Those giant, make your own burritos were awesome. Ten dollars, but you get to pile on EVERYTHING YOU WANT. I filled the plate to the very top then poured it in a ziplock bag and munched on it the rest of the day. Great, now I'm hungry.

The footlong corn dogs next to the ferris wheel. Plenty of places to get a 4 dollar corn dog, but once you've found the footlong for 5 dollars there's no going back. Pesto Mozzadilla with extra pesto. Deep fried oreos. Arepas with hot sauce. That greek plate of whatever the hell that is with the bread on top. Sweetwater Blue. Thats the rotation. Garlic Grilled Cheeze is the shiz but i'll be making those on my own this year. Oh..bacon egg and cheese sandwiches.

I ate those quesadillas all weekend...for some unknown reason those ones by the ferris wheel WERE the best in all of Centeroo!
I dont know if they were there last year but every year before that there was a vendor right next to the general store that would sell crocidile or alligator. Has anyone ever tried it and how was it? I think if they are there this year I might have to try it i was always curious about it but never had the money to get one.

i always go to the brooers tent first to check out the selection and I always seem to come away with an evil assortment of jerky. Kangaroo, alligator, elk. makes me feel manly.
Man, it hasn't been at Roo for at least the past two years, but I flippin' loved the apple cobbler from the sweet 2-story Common Grounds coffee shop....
