What is the one show that everyone wants to see (from the anounced list) that supercedes all others. The one show that you would blow off all others to go see. Last year it was Mars Volta for me. This year I'm torn between Mike Doughty, Clap Your Hands...., and Umphrey's Biscuit, which to me is good because there is so much I want to see.

There are going to be a bunch of amazing shows this year so it is hard to pick which will be the best. If i had to narrow it down to 2 I would go with the headyest heads of them all, Radiohead and Oysterhead. Oysterhead hasnt been around since 01 and Radiohead since 04, it will be great to get a chance to see these 2 amazing bands that know how to put on a great show and don't tour too often.
Radiohead as the end all be all. This is the show that I will have to make sure that I am all ready and rested for because it is going to take alot out of me (they are so good live lots of emotion). So if they do play the Saturday night spot then I have to make sure that I get some sleep friday night, or saturday early afternoon.

It looks like, from the schedual threads, that Oysterhead and Radiohead will be semi-pitted against each other; Radiohead will have the headliner and Oysterhead will come on straight afterwards. This will make it virtually impossible to really steak out a sweet spot for both, and, after many sleepless nights (read I went to take a nap, saw the computer was on the schedual thread, and thought to myself) I think I'll have to choose steaking out Radiohead, if not only for the fact that being in front of 75,000 people, with one of the best bands of the modern rock era melting faces, has to be a magical experience.

I know on Trey's site it says Oysterhead is playing on the 17, which is Saturday. Just wondering where you are getting your information on when Radiohead is playing. On Radiohead's site it says they are playing on Friday, which I guess doesnt make sense but there is no definite information on when they are playing even though the threads have information posted. and with the amount of people at the festival seeing radiohead, i don't think there will be too many people staking out oysterhead if they do overlap. Oysterhead will probably start later than planned because they will be waiting for all the fans from Radiohead to show up.

And, to add an adendum, my issue is not really seeing both bands, that's easy, its getting a sweet front row spot. Its hard to get in the front when its two bands like that back to back, both with massive draws.
Honestly, I just checked the schedual thread on this site to find out who was playing when, I trust them more than I trust my self.
The schedule thread is just a collection of the information that has been posted on band's websites, so we won't really know until the real schedule comes out. I guarantee a good chunk of it will be wrong.
One band I will see completely come hell or high water: Radiohead
