Gin Blossoms would be awesome. I'm hoping for some more electronica, I finally checked out Boards Of Canada, and I would love to see them added. And Ratatat.
Also, some post-rock would be nice. Especially Explosions In The Sky, but it'd also be nice to see Red Sparowes or The Album Leaf.
well, you ask me why i'm drunk all the time it levels my head and eases my mind i just walk along and stroll and sing i see better days and i do better things

WTF? Toad the Wet Sprocket was an awesome band, and a solo Glen Phillips gig would be a pretty solid 'roo addition (although I don't actually think we need any more singer/songwriters). And while Counting Crows suck live, their albums have been pretty consistently good, although nothing like their debut. Not sure why there's all this knee-jerk early 90's bashing going on...
Modest Mouse, Explosions in The Sky, Robert Fripp, Legendary Pink Dots, CSNY/Neil Young, The Band, Skinny Puppy, Zappa Plays Zappa, Aphex Twin (his live stuff is pretty incredible, never heard any live until Oink) and... SOME OTHER BAND.... dunno who though....

Gotta agree on that one. Saw them open for the Cranberries in the early 90's and loved their show. Really an awesome sound.
And the Cranberries pissed me off to no end. They could've hooked up a cd player to the PA for all the improvising they did. What's-her-face had several wardrobe changes too. Ugh. It was a crappy pop show.
Yep, they played a club in Chicago right before New Year's Eve (that Friday if I remember correctly, but don't hold me to it, that weekend is kinda blurry....)
Toad and the Gin Blossoms - that would be awesome ;D
I saw Counting Crows open for the Stones on their Voodoo Lounge tour - Ick! NOT a good live band.....
Counting Crows opening for THE Stones?! "Long December" followed by "Sympathy For The Devil"?! I wouldn't pay for that. Bring in the Hell's Angels and I might.
Here is who SHOULD be added... Zappa Plays Zappa Beefheart (I know he won't show, but I have a dream) Adam Green (Formally of the band "The Moldy Peaches." Check him out if you like Singer/songwriters, Zappa, or the Dada art movement) Acid Mothers Temple Danielson Al Green (w/ ?uestlove) MF Doom/ Kool Kieth Deerhoof Stooges Daniel Johnston (would be the greatest set ever) Devendra Banhart (VERY solid show last year. Want to see more) Lou Reed (doing "Berlin") Polyphonic Spree (with an album in June, I think this is REALLY a possibility) Sean Lennon

I definitely agree that Polyphonic Spree will probably be there.
But I think one of the biggest possibles is Page McConnell. He's touring throughout June and his tour dates end on June 14th...hmmmmmm...that would fill the mandatory former-Phish member slot.

The Cranberries were my favorite band through the 90's. Not really anymore... However, I wish they were still together playing shows! I'm dying to see them live! I don't care if they hooked up a cd to the pa. as long as its the original band!!! lol

Polyphonic Spree opened for cheese on the first day of winter carnival, and i don't know if they were having an off day but just about everyone there hated it. I didn't think it was too bad, but people were making jokes about how awful they were all weekend.
after listening to the new nine inch nails album, i wish that they were playing. or just trent and another guy or two playing the new songs. they're friggen insane...
With the Favourite Sons add and the Pete Yorn leak, it looks like Bonnaroo might try to hit us with another round tomorrow. Maybe they're trying to get one more publicity push before Lolla announces their lineup?
