I am a little more impressed this year with the initial announcement than last years. Last year the artist additions had a bunch of bands that I really wanted to see though, so lets hope this year continues that trend.
My only real disappointment is a serious shortage of Praxis/Volta. To me there would be no better a late-night tent block than these two. 4 hours of pure freak-out. Les would be nice too but I really don't see him not signing on.
Other than that, This lineup excites the hell out of me.

the best bonnaroo's in my opinion were 2002-2005, but that is based on my musical interests. i love jambands like the dead, dave, panic, cheese, mule, trey, allmans and homegrown bands, roots, the list goes on for quite awhile. however, bonnaroo still manages to bring us the best lineup, and will continue to do so in the future. the reason i wait and wait for these lineups every year is because i can't wait to start checking out all these bands i've never heard of. i love music more than anything, and thanks to bonnaroo, there are probably hundreds of bands out there that i probably wouldn't of heard of if it wasn't for them. i've grown to love pretty much all music except for rap, classical, dance, and country. once again, the lineup after it is all said and done will impress a lot of people. just be patient. wait. plenty of artist additions to be added. a few big names i think. even more smaller but bigger names. and probably a lot more locals and people that haven't really made their name yet. all in all, there will always be something to fit everyones music needs at bonnaroo.
