Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
Local station here in Atlanta talks about the Roo, but they do that every year, last year they gave away trips to Roo.. There are two stations here that talk about Roo.
well at least all goods lineup is coming out before march 10th. 10klf, spring hookah, and gotv are all due for artist announcements. and i could really care less about roo additions anymore. i know im going so it dosent matter really. and with the gratefulfest inital announcement yesterday im still a happy camper. superfly just irritates me. too much of a big corporate thing now and less of a grassroots music festival.

you hit the nail on the head there dude. i'm sad but i can't say its unexpected. nothing lasts forever, and the tendency for any organization to move from small-time organization > big-time corporation is inevitable.
Maybe I'll throw myself to the dogs, but my back's not to the wall Maybe I'll lay some bricks for the man, but the days just aren't that long So if I settle back and chill will I see far enough to feel the angel's dream? I thought it was the Story of the World!
i am all for the monkey thing too!! at least it would be an addition. unless?!?!?! i think the monkey comes up if you put in www.bonnaroo.com/the-monkey holy shit!!! i hacked the site. the monkey will be there!! with james brown and radiohead!!!!!! this changes everything!!!!
What happens if my tee shot lands on a bird's back and he carries it out of bounds but then is attacked by a larger bird who grabs the ball and drops it in the hole? Is that still a hole in one? 'Cause that's how I'm gonna play it.
Didn't everyone pretty much know Oysterhead was going to be the first major add last year? I mean, it's not like Oysterhead, Umphrey's and Les was massive news to people. It's just the Roots aren't as exciting as two solid acts and a supergroup reunion...
well im excited for the roots and wild magnolia, but we knew the roots before the inital lineup and we knew about wild magnolia a couple of days ago. thast what sucks about it. althoguh i agree its nowhere near the 1st addition last year. but seriously what could compete with oysterhead!?!?!?!

The real problem, most of all, is the fashion in which they did it.
First of all, we were pretty sure the Roots were going to be there to begin with, the initial leak had them listed. Secondly, both these bands were up on the artists page two days ago. In the past, the announcement came before the bands showed-up on the website, it is just more exciting that way. Finally, last year we technically got two rounds before tix went on sale, one was a reunited supergroup, and the other a special two band late night show.
i think they know that we are just freeks. the rest of the world is waiting to hear info on cnn and the radio. so now they are punishing us for ruining their intial lineup. i blame bonnaroo detective!!!!
no... its not like a breaking news thing. but for 3 days after the announcement they had a scrolling headline at the bottom that said "the police were headlining the 4 day bonnaroo music festival along with tool, the white stripes, and wilco. "

Lame . . . I take it that was only because of The Police. Take them out of that sentence and it never even gets mentioned.

Perhaps this year they are just going to bleed the line-up out, rather than drop 5 or 6 big rounds of additions. Ya know, announce less bands at a time, but make announcements more often. That would be fine by me.
