I can't say who will have the best or most legendary but I can say that the Black Angels will make full use out of the massive PA system they have at their disposal and blow some minds. These guys typically play smaller clubs that can't handle the LOUD they require. This will be a special show for them. This should create many new fans and give them the fanbase they deserve.
Buddy Guy. I know, he won't be there this year, but last years was so damn good that he still wins. Out of bands that will ACTUALLY be there, The Flaming Lips are going to blow the lid off of 'Roo 07.

i think im ganna love tool, clutch, white stripes, string cheese (cuz it will probably be the first and last time i ever see them). hopefully the mars volta...
I have to say string cheese. With this being one of their last festival performances I think for Roo they will kick it up a notch. I would seriously not be surprised to hear River Trance (from my understanding they havnt played that song in like years)
I think STS9 late night is going to be something we'll all be talking about. I also see this as the American coming out party of Kings of Leon, as it is the culmination of the tour for their new album and will make them as huge here as they are in the UK. Agreed with what people have said about Black Angels and String Cheese as well.
im going with string cheese latenight!!!! they better give it to us!! although the mule show is going to be crazy too. im definitely thinking 4+ hours.

Yeah, if cheese gets a late night i'm gonna be expecting the most out of them, but only knowing mule for sure has a latenight, i have to stick with them. Bonnaroo would have to be crazy not to give SCI the friday late night though.

As much as I want a latenight I really dont see Cheese getting it. (please AC/Superfly...prove me wrong) I see them at the 530 slot as we watch the sun go down and trust me, that is fine with me
Wow, how can this be argued about? Rather subjective, no? In fact it seems like most people are just voting for their favorite. But if you meant, "Who will put on the most legendary performance?", that's something worth discussing.
I think, if they tried, the Lips could outdo the legendary status of their '03 set. I also think DJ Shadow could make a big impact. Clearly Gov't Mule has a milestone of a show up their sleeve. And I think both The Police and Tool have the potential to make converts out of one another's fanbase.
Extamundo. I think that Sasha/Digweed and the White Stripes could have some legendary ish up their respective sleeves. This is the first White Stripes performance in quite a while so they might drop some crazy stuff.
