I gotta go with Jack White. One of my (newbie) friends is basicly going just for The White Stripes (also because we surprised him with free tickets, so that he'd have no reason to sit another Roo out) and a small, intimate, acoustic set would blow his mind! Mine too, probably.

I would kill to see Jack White do an acoustic set that included a couple of the songs from the 'Cold Mountain' Sntrck. Especially the song 'Never Far Away'! One of the prettiest songs he has ever performed.
Seeing Ben Harper play on the Sonic Stage would be great also.

I only made it to the Les Claypool interview and the Disco Biscuits at the Sonic Stage though. It seems like it would be cool to camp out there and stay all day. It's a really small, intimate place.....with a %$ load of people.

I spent more time at the sonic stage last year than in all my previous roos combined. The shows are always surprisingly intimate and there's some cool exclusive stuff as well (like the Futureman/String Quartet thing last year. It was way chill classical music, a nice respite from the chaos of Roo, and I got to meet Mike Gordon). I think EOTO has confirmed to only play the sonic stage. I hope we get even more exclusive Sonic Stage performances this year.
