You'd also have to ressurect Sterling Morrison to make this one happen, and while your at it why not Nico. Your witch doctor would be VERY busy this weeked!

Name: The Cardinal (after the state bird of Ohio: read below)
Four day festival held in the southern part of central Ohio. Camping (none of this "in the city" "stay at a hotel" stuff). I would want to have all of the other fun stuff Bonnaroo has, like comedians and such, but obviously music would be the main attraction, and the only thing I'm going to focus on here.
Thursday: Radiohead (headline) Arcade Fire -> David Bowie (late night) Roger Waters – The Wall The Doobie Brothers Robert Randolph and the Family Band The Elected Heartless Bastards Man Man The Mountain Goats
Friday: Aerosmith (headline) Tom Waits (late night) Sigur Ros (late night) The White Stripes David Byrne Ben Harper Jack Johnson Kings of Leon Band of Horses
Saturday: Phish (headline) My Morning Jacket (late night) Dr. Dre (late night) Bruce Springsteen Modest Mouse Stanley Jordan Ray Lamontagne Neutral Milk Hotel The National
Sunday: The Dead (headline) CSNY Frank Black The Shins Mulatu Astatqe Sufjan Stevens Nickel Creek Josh Ritter Andrew Bird
This is assuming there's only one stage...if I had more, it would be ridiculous...
Thurs:
Willie Nelson Ryan Adams Modest Mouse The White Stripes
Fri:
Pearl Jam Soundgarden Violent Femmes Primus Tool Late: The Mars Volta Late: My Morning Jacket
Sat:
Paul McCartney Jane's Addiction Depeche Mode The Police Prince Late: Morris Day and the Time!!! Late: !!! (pronounched "chk chk chk")
Sun:
Neil Young The Allman Brothers Band (with Derek, of course) Gov't Mule Colonel Claypool's Flying Frog Brigade Widespread Panic Late: Dr John as the Night Tripper (who would resurrect through a voodoo ceremony:...) Late: Lynyrd Skynyrd (who would blow the brains out of everyone still in attendance)
In theory, the Night Tripper would not only conjure the dead members of Lynyrd Skynyrd, but make them all as if they were still in their prime. Then he would get them drunk as hell and unleash them.
Also, everyone at the festival is required to be on acid. The whole time.

I tried to keep it to a possible lineup except for throwing Parliament in there because I would still kill to see them.
I agree with it being on one big stage. Would kind of ruin it to have multiple stages since this is a personal Bonnaroo
