this show was one of the best of my weekend. now that i am thinking about it i forgot to put it in my top five but its def top 3. they were awesome. so much energy. and the girlies dancing to the left of us with the painted chest was rather nice. im definately going to see them again when they play in brooklyn or central park this summer. i forget where it is. im definately going though.

Nope, but he did play Bienvenida Tijuana, which is a reworked version of Welcome to Tijuana. I actually prefer Bienvenida because he transforms it into such a touching song, almost a love song to one of the filthiest border towns in Mexico. I was more surprise he didn't play Bongo Bong.

That's reassuring. 'Cuz I definitely remember screaming "Tequila, sexo, marijuana" during his set. I'd hate to think that was a random outburst and not connected to what he was playing.
Did anyone tape this show? It was amazing, I would love to get an audio recording from this show but haven't seen one floating around just yet... -Drew
