Summers are always packed with one great show after another. Every year Bonnaroo is the pinnacle of these shows. Just wondering who everyone is seeing in the days leading up to the Roo and the first show they are planning on seeing afterward.
Catching Brother Ali next week and Prince's 7/7/7 extravaganza in a post Roo haze (typically lasts a good month ). Keeping it hometowny.

Zappa Plays Zappa on Aug 16 in Tucson. Almost as excited for this one show as I am for all of Roo. Also hoping to make it to see Ween in Austin a week before the ZPZ date, but money may be too tight.

saw damien rice last ngiht in atlanta, seeing tool next week in greenville after bonnaroo, seeing smashing pumpkins in asheville, fiona apple/ nickel creek in charlotte, incubus in atlanta, dmb in charlotte and probably lots more.
Yes Stallion! ZPZ, we have them coming to Norfolk in August. Cannot FREAKIN wait for that!!! And yes, Gsus and I wishing we could hit the Stubbs run. Not enough dough!

Yea, RhymeSayers kind of dominate here in Minny (@tmosphere, Ali, POS, E&A). We have a real nice underground hip-hop scene.
Ah, yes. Didn't even look at your name when I posted that. nice. We get a lot of good underground here in SD but most of the bends themselves are from LA.

Don't have any shows scheduled between now and roo, last one I saw was Robert Randolph in Charlottesville, VA. And then I'm still debating on whether to go to All Good a few weeks after Roo. And I already have tickets to see Toots and the Maytals opening up for Dave Matthews in Bristow Virginia (Nissan Pavillion... THE best non-festival outdoor venue I've ever been to) but that's not happening until August

None before roo but after i have a mess of concerts the ones that I am really looking forward are Roger waters , Tool, Incubus, White stripes, 311. I am also going to Ozzfest this year only to see OZZY and Family Values was looking at the Project revolution tour but I figure I have to many concert lined up !!!!
Just saw Roger Waters in Tampa a week and a half ago. Going to Tool in Lauderdale tommorow night. Probably going to Disco Biscuits/Umphrey's and 311/ Matiyahu in July. Going to the Gathering of the vibes in August, and DMB in Sept. May Possibly hit up another Dave show or ABB/Ratdog when I'm up in Jersey in August. Just found out The Black Crowes are playing in Boca on my 30th birthday.
Also going to Rock the Bells festival in San Bernadino, not until August. Trying to come up with cash to go see the Roots and Bad Brains in Toronto July 24.
