This is just a list of bands for my dream Bonnaroo:
Alejandro Escovedo The Allman Brothers Band Amos Lee Badly Drawn Boy Ben Harper Ben Kweller Benevento/Russo Duo The Black Crowes Brett Dennen Brian Setzer Orchestra Centro-matic Citizen Cope Couting Crows David Ford David Gray The Dead with Bruce Hornsby Femi Kuti Guster Jack Johnson Jesse Malin John Butler Trio John Prine Joni Mitchell Josh Joplin Group Led Zeppelin Massive Attack Medeski, Scofield, Martin and Wood My Morning Jacket Neil Young Paul Simon Pearl Jam Perpetual Groove The Polyphonic Spree Ray Lamontagne Ricky Skaggs Robert Randolph Roger Waters Rufus Wainwright Ryan Adams The Shins Sigur Ros Sparklehorse Stephen Marley Tom Waits Trey Anastasio The White Stripes Xavier Rudd Yonder Mountain String Band Yusuf Islam
Hey gang, I'm curious to finally check out Bonnaroo...hear good things about the vibe and everything. Anyways, some wants....
Day: Asobi Seksu (great mix of shoegaze and dream pop with Spector-esque girl group melodies...check them out) Blonde Redhead R.E.M. (pre-headling set if not headliner...so many classics and they are wonderful live) Islands Mono Stevie Wonder Battles Beirut Jarvis Cocker (if Pulp hasn't reunited) The Verve Menomena Cat Power Sia A Tribe Called Quest Final Fantasy Willie Nelson Amanda Palmer (since the Dresden Dolls are going on hiatus)
Headline: Led Zeppelin Neil Young probably too soon for Radiohead, so...David Bowie
Late (late night shows sound really cool...I really liked the rare occasions at Coachella when the headliner was not the last act of the night): LCD Soundsystem Chemical Bros My Bloody Valentine (if Kevin Shields doesn't flake out on the reunion again) Portishead (this reunion is actually happening) Mogwai Justice

Welcome to the board. I guess we'll need more Bort licence plates in the gift shop. Allow me to be the first to send some karma your way.
Nice picks btw, REM and Stevie Wonder would be incredible, and I'd say both could headline if they wanted to. And yes, the Late Night shows ARE Bonnaroo (everything else is just icing on an enormous cake). Do not miss them (an easy noob mistake) because you overextended yourself in the Tenn. heat.
John: We don't even understand our own music Spider: It doesn't, does it matter whether we understand it? At least it'll give us . . . strength John: I know but maybe we could get into it more if we understood it

^^^I saw a "Bort" (Virginia) license plate not too long ago. Swear to God. I was stuck in traffic and had to call my best friend all the way in Texas just to tell someone.

Mine would be:
Fri: Pearl Jam Sat: Led Zeppelin Sun: Dave Matthews Band
Preheadliners - can't think of any off the bat
Late night acts: Another Gov't Mule set would be sweet - 2007 was absolutely amazing! I'd also like to see Mars Volta and/or Drive by Truckers at night.
If even a couple of the above bands show up at Roo 08' I'll be there no doubt.
Headliners (don't care which day they play): Led Zeppelin Outkast Smiths Reunion
Other Bands: Modest Mouse Cake Ben Folds Ben Kweller Ben Lee The Bens reunion Circa Survive The Roots Mute Math Tenacious D Iron & Wine Calexico Nightmare Of You Primus Sonic Youth The Mars Volta At The Drive In LCD Soundsystem Daft Punk Sufjan Stevens Sublime Ted Leo & The Pharmacists Beastie Boys Neil Diamond Mr. Bungle The Sound Of Animals Fighting Flaming Lips Galactic STS9 The Shins The Decemberists Gorillaz String Cheese Incident Peter Bjorn & John
Comedians: Stephen Lynch Jim Gaffigan Nick Swardson Pablo Francisco Patton Oswalt Zach Galifianakis Aziz Ansari Brian Posehn Jon Reep
I know some of those bands are impossible, but it's my dream.
