Bama, if you're a fan of Infected Mushroom, you might be interested in checking out the interview I did with Duvdev and Erez at Vegoose. They were cool guys. Duvdev is by far the more talkative out of the two.
Their set was probably one of the best sets that we saw while at Vegoose. The energy is amazing! Duvdev said to me that their set is a brutal 145 BPM non-stop, and it's like "gymtime." He was totally right!
I definitely recommend that you guys go check out IM.

I saw Infected Mushroom back in October and it was basically one of the best nights of my life...at the end of the show, during 'Becoming Insane', Duvdev let me and my boyfriend sing in the mic! It was badass Their show is definitely high-energy...that's the only way I know how to describe it. They would be PERFECT for Bonnaroo. I mean, I like Justice, but IM is like 58935782307580 times better.
Justice would be cool... Maybe they could pull the late night spot. IM was ranked at #9 in the DJMag Top 100, and is also considered the #1 Psy-Trance act in the world right now... They've also played in front of a half million people in Ipanema Bay.
IM's live show would probably be better fitted for an earlier slot at Roo than Justice. For example, compare Girl Talk's set with Sasha and Digweed. Girl Talk's set is very interactive and a party atmosphere. S and D's set was a better late night set for the tranceheads/rollers. Gotta give IM a good hour and a half to play to let them tear into their set.
After IM's set at Vegoose, my arms were tired, I couldn't stop the fist pumping! hahah... (Yeah, I felt semi-guido) High vodka consumption in the sun + IM's set = exaustion. Oh well.
That's cool that Duvdev let you sing into the mic. Certainly seems in his character. I wish I was off on New Year's Eve... Their manager told me about some big plans for them in NYC. I wonder if that's still going on!
Yea Carl Cox is pretty much the fking man. I've seen him a few times in clubs. Each time I see him play out he packs his sets with the most intense builds and drops. I truly believe that carl can pack the intensity of an entire festival into one 3 hour club night. I've seen it done before.... my ears were ringing for 3 days
