I don't like to speculate or post "rumors" like this, but it was a big rumor on another board, then people actually found him listed in the NY incarciration database. How do you think this affects him playing Roo or anything else?

I worked for Indiana DOC. When we marked people on probation they were "out for own costudy" or "under court supervision" this is to say that someone is not released from DOC rule but not in prison. I dont know how NY does it but I am sure it is the same.

Yo Legend, in the custody status it says"out of custody", which is fancy for "not in jail anymore". I would guess that it is still showing in their files from the probation period, and untill he finishes probation he isnt in the clear. Lets hope he follows the rules and next time he gets all fluffheaded he takes a limo or a cab. I think it was a real dumbass move of him to not have a DD or a personal driver. TREY FOR 2008
