Now I'm just curious. What hip hip acts do you think we'll see at Roo this year? Love Aesop Rock and El-P last year. Plus, there has always been a major act such as The Roots. Here's who I want:
Mos Def (maybe with Talib Kweli as Black Star) Return of Aesop Rock Beasties Common
Just to name a few. Plus another showcase would be sweet!

A Tribe Called Quest (not going to happen but a boy can dream) Arrested Development Wu-Tang or GZA Mos Def She's not hip-hop but Jill Scott would be cool

Kanye is touring with Rihanna, NERD and Lupe Fiasco. I wouldn't mind any of them being there (as long as Rihanna is only in a supporting role). Wyclef is a hell of a performer. If not all of Wu-Tang, at least Ghostface Is GZA still doing performances of Liquid Swords?

I dont know. But he did the full album last summer for Pitchfork. Is that recent enough?

From the slums of Shaolin, Wu-Tang Clan strikes again The RZA, the GZA, Ol Dirty Bastard(rip), Inspectah Deck, Raekwon the Chef, U-God, Ghost Face Killer and the Method Man!!!
Blackstar or some form of Mos Def or Talib The Roots repeat would be great. they can pretty much play any song they please. A Tribe Called Quest (let us all dream)
