Fellow 'roo patrons, how about no quacking clapping. I want to hear the music, I don't want to hear a bunch of stupid clapping. I mean for some shows, sure, it's not that bad but mass clapping and Sigur Ros do NOT go together.

A massive no-standing rule would be great. I'll be smoking and eating a couple chocolates for this show for sure. By the end of the show I expect to have learned the meaning of life.

Haha, That doesn't sound like a bad idea. I've been wondering what kind of mixture of goodies would work for the show. Maybe just maybe the wool will be pulled from over my eyes and it will all make sense afterwards.

FYI, the band has uploaded the whole Heima DVD on youtube. Also, there is a free download of a live song done in 2006 from their website. It is great quality. I highly recommend checking out Heima on Youtube tho if you havent seen it. It is an amazing documentary and has some amazing performances. Fair warning tho, it will make you very very antsy for June.

Just watched Heima for the first time myself. Now this HAS to be late night!
I also couldn't agree more, rumors are it's going to be a tent show which I guess wouldn't be too bad...
This band has a very big, very dedicated following so a tent show wouldn't really make a lot of sense. That said, if it's the only way to see them late night, I'll take it! I'm about to fire up Heima again. I made my friend Rick sit down and watch it one day, and he's now hooked! He literally said, "if I'm not in tears at the end of their show, I have no business feeling anymore." And he's a pretty unemotional (at least outwardly) cat, so that's saying something!
this band is amazing...just when I thought I've heard all worthy music in the world Sigur Ros comes into my life. This and MMJ are definetly my top two, but for very different reasons. Sigur Ros will be great for the pure beauty of their sound while MMJ will be great to rock out to.
