Who else was pretty excited about ben folds. Did anyone see him in 06?
Yes and yes.
He played at like 2 in the afternoon on the What stage (the smaller one?) and it was blazing hot and uber crowded, but way fun. He always puts on a really good show.
It was so friggin hot in 06 when I saw him. It was the first time and thought he was great. I have a few of his CD's but not sure I would see him again this year. Will have to see who he is up against.
the only song i know by him is "Bitches Ain't Sh!t". he should have dr. dre to come on stage with him for that song. haha. i'm definitely interested in his music though....will check it out soon.

have loved me some ben folds for years...stoked to get to see him at vegoose cupla years ago...but my bf was in an alternate reality at the time and swears ben folds was just hitting his piano with a hammer over and over...gonna have to watch him be myself probably this year...
I'm excited about him being at the farm. He's incredibly talented, and super funny. Have you guys seen the cover for Ben Folds Live? Apparently he asked the crowd to all give him the finger and shout "Ben Folds sucks!" and the picture is of him looking ashamed in front of an angry audience. It's great.
I am mega stoked. His show in 06 was my first Roo show EVER...ridiculously hot, ridiculously crowded, and I couldn't even see him. I enjoyed a lot of it but now that I know his catalog better I am really excited! He better play "Landed"!!

I am pretty happy to see Ben Folds again. He was brilliant in '06, he was definitely the biggest surprise of the festival to me. He seemed to love every second he was on stage!

until the show times come out i dont know if my esteemed friend above will be going to the ben folds performance, that said im looking for someone to go to the performance with. i could go alone but id rather have company. dont worry i dont have an RV although i am 21. let me know if you want to go.

this could go on for days, we should probably let new things be discussed. we probably sound like an old married couple, or i sound like an annoying something or other. also sarcasm is not conveyed well in text.
