Hey, Jude, don't be afraid. You were made to go out and get her. The minute you let her under your skin, Then you begin to make it better.
And any time you feel the pain, Hey Jude, refrain. Don't carry the world upon your shoulders. Well don't you know that it's a fool who plays it cool By making his world a little colder.

I never really go into the other marley's any suggestion on albums I should look into?
I am not huge on all the Marleys, but I love Damian "Jr. Gong". He is very different from the others in that he has more of a reggaeton/urban-influence in my opinion. It is still very influenced by traditional reggae, with some samples thrown in for good measure. "Welcome to Jamrock" is probably a decent introduction.
don't know much about Stephen but love his single from last summer, "the traffic jam".
I'd be down with Jr. Gong or Stephen (or both of them together!). As far as albums, definitely look into "Welcome to Jamrock" by Jr. Gong and "Mind Control" by Stephen. I also really like "The Spirit of Music" by Ziggy & the Melody Makers.

My favorite Marley-spawn album is Damian's "Welcome to Jamrock" by far. His style is the most distinctive imo.
I used to listen to Ziggy's early stuff a lot, but am not too into him at this point. I think he sounds most like Bob.
Both are great live, mostly due to the way they evoke their dad. Stephen's guest spots for Ziggy and Damien are always highlights and I love his voice, but I was dissappointed by his solo album last year.
"Music has always been a matter of energy to me, a question of Fuel. Sentimental people call it Inspiration, but what they really mean is Fuel. I have always needed fuel. I am a serious consumer. On some nights I still believe that a car with the gas needle on empty can run about fifty more miles if you have the right music very loud on the radio."
This man came up to me just the other day, asked me I'd been born again. I told him, "I didn't think I had." That I had been rejected. But I think, Hell's got all the good bands anyway. And Bonnaroo.
