woo i was getting ready for work and im like HMM maybe there are some additions, so i check the 'Roo site and i see the MMJ/ Phil announcement which as cool, then i come here to find the real additions which are pretty awesome. im not very familiar with ZPZ or the disco biscuits but everyone around really seemed to want both of them added so im glad to see they were. plus now i have new music to check out

I'm excited!!! I love Cat Power and felt let down by the preformance in 06' but have wanted to give it another go.....so I'm super excited about that....and zappa plays zappa?!?!?!? Definitely something I didn't expect but am super glad to see!

I don't really like the additions. I really like Cat Power, but she's on this whole blues thing where she doesn't play much off the old albums. That's how it was when I saw her this past summer anyway. She's still pretty fun to watch though.
However, I didn't need additions to be looking forward to Roo this year. I'm already pumped up! Some "better" additions would have gotten me excited, but more than anything I'm just glad you guys got some people you're excited to see added.
(And on a selfish note maybe you'll all go see them and I can get closer to some of my acts!)
I really hope DB and UM don't have interlocking sets, I'd rather them each have their own long latenight set
I def agree with u on this cause i dont really like umph that much even tho that BrainDamagedEggmen segue with Hamilton and Russo was pretty sick. i still think it might happen just for the simple reason of the DUMB tour last summer, jamaica last fall and because it will be easier for bonnaroo to manage the late nights if theyre in one slot, i mean in 06 the biscuits still put on a full 2 sets with a dope 25 min robots encore
chromeo and mstrkrft have to get latenights right ? i could prob see one of them getting an hour spot like girl talk. or if they got an interlocking late night set, that would be some serious ish

Super stoked to see ZPZ on the bill. Calling them a cover band is a disservice. They are a fabulous rock orchestra tackeling some of the most challenging music ever written with incredible precision. I really hope they get a good slot (maybe even a thursday night late tent show. I'm also stoked about Cat Power.

All his shows swinging through Austin are 21+ and I've been wanting to check them out so badly.
MSTRKRFT for a latenight would make my head explode and my feet fall off! I hope they play until the sunrises, that would make my bonnaroo dreams come true. Ahh best news all week!!

Well this made my day. Bisco and Zappa Plays Zappa added! If there were two groups I wanted to see added more than any other realistic possibility, it's these two. Oh and Phil playing late night also puts a smile on my face
Gonna have to listen to these additions. Nobody in particular I was hoping for. But its only round one and the roo would still be amazing if there were additions at all this year. Anything they add is just icing on the cake IMO. Actually listening to Chromeo now and they seem cool.
