ask me tomorrow, and i'll probably tell you something different, though!
Ween - Chocolate and Cheese Bob Marley and the Wailers - Exodus Rage Against the Machine - Rage Against the Machine Deltron 3030 - Deltron 3030 Pink Floyd - The Wall Colonel Claypool's Bucket of Bernie Brains - The Big Eyeball in the Sky

Radiohead - Ok Computer Beach Boys - Pet Sounds Aphex Twin - Selected Ambient Works 85-92 U2 - Achtung Baby Bob Dylan - Blonde on Blonde Fishbone - Truth and Soul
Maybe i just dont know many other people that would of known it but Samhall you are the first person in ages that has mentioned Deltron 3030. A few of us listein to it here and when i mention Deltron to other people they ask me "who the f*ck is that?" Such a great album and sick beats.
Of course, my top 5 has almost completely changed over the last two years. Right now, I'll go with:
Blackalicious-Blazing Arrow Aesop Rock-Labor Days Bob Marley-Natty Dread Ray LaMontagne - Trouble Mike Gordon - Inside In David Byrne - Grown Backwards
1) Faith No More- king for a day fool for a lifetime 2) Umphrey's McGee- Anchor Drops 3)Phish - Rift 4)MMW - Shack Man 5)Yonder Mountain String Band - Elevation (amazing album) 6)Slayer - Reign in Blood ( odd choice I know but this is a great album and one of favorites back in the day)
I'm tempted to just say the 6 Radiohead albums... and that would probably be about right... but I'll mix it up:
1. Radiohead - OK Computer 2. West Indian Girl - West Indian Girl 3. The Beach Boys - Endless Summer (I know it's technically a GH collection but I don't care, I was raised on this record) 4. Ben Folds Five - The Unauthorized Biography of Reinhold Messner (Hillari i can't believe someone else had this one. a true classic!) 5. The Flaming Lips - The Soft Bulletin 6. Reverend Horton Heat - Lucky 7
Oh and Ka Mai, I'm so stoked to see Grown Backwards on your list. That's one that's really "grown" on me over the past year, but I swear I've never heard anyone else say they love that album...
I swear, Infoo regulars have the best taste in music... I'm amongst my people here! ;D
4. Ben Folds Five - The Unauthorized Biography of Reinhold Messner (Hillari i can't believe someone else had this one. a true classic!)
I actually had to buy this twice because I had a copy, and I lost it. It was too good not to buy again!

I have to add my support for this one, too. I struggled with whether to put Sand in the Vaseline or a David Byrne album on my list. I love Grown Backward, but I think I'd have gone with Look Into the Eyeball if I'd gone with a David Byrne.

people have way overlooked that album for years.
I got my 6 all packed up and ready to go.
White Stripes - Elephant
honestly I need some time to think of the other 5, ill edit this later.
Do they have to be 6 different CD's? Cause if not, I'd just get 6 copies of Kevin Federline's new CD.
Ok seriously, I think mine would be: Led Zeppelin - III Dredg - El Cielo Flaming Lips - Soft Bulletin Mars Volta - De-loused in the Comatorium AFI - Sing the Sorrow Polyphonic Spree - Together We're Heavy

so tough....
radiohead - ok computer johnny cash - at folsom prison the doors - l.a. woman arcade fire - funeral interpol - turn on the bright lights my morning jacket - at dawn
1. Café Tacvba's Re. I wish you all were Mexican so you could appreciate these guys, you'd love them. 2. Dave Matthews Band's Crash, and that was one tough choice. 3. John Scofield's A Go Go with MMW. 4. Les Claypool's Frog Brigade's Purple Onion 5. The Who's Tommy 6. The Beatles' Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band
Some almost-made-its: Apocalyptica's Reflections An Evening With John Petrucci and Jordan Rudess Phish. All of them. Queen's A Night at the Opera Jaco Pastorius' Word of Mouth.
Great choices Aprilonielle. S.C.I.E.N.C.E and Lateralus are amazing albums. I totally forgot about them when I made my list but I still stand by my choices.

1. Mad Season - Above 2. Tool - Aenima 3. Radiohead - Kid A 4. The Mars Volta - Deloused in the Comatorium 5. Nine Inch Nails - Pretty Hate Machine 6. The Lost Patrol - Songs About Running Away
Realistically, I don't think anyone of us could choose just six, and these lists are basically the first things to pop up in our minds, cause if it really came down to it, I think we would all die from frustration of not being able to take one, two or even fifty more......i dont know if i am speaking for all of us, and correct me if i'm wrong, but it seems like music is our life...?
1. Café Tacvba's Re. I wish you all were Mexican so you could appreciate these guys, you'd love them.
Gnome, I love Cafe Tacuba!!! I only have a few of their songs, but I keep meaning to get more. Cero y Uno is an amazing song, Eres is good too....
I think I originally looked them up because a mexican girl i was dating told me "they're like the mexican version of radiohead" and i dunno about that, they have their own style, and they're great
The Beatles - Sgt Peppers Lucinda Williams - Car Wheels on a Gravel Road Grateful Dead - Europe 72 Drive By Truckers - The Dirty South Pink Floyd - Dark Side of the Moon David Bromberg - How Late'll Ya Play
John Coltrane- 'A Love Supreme' Paul Simon- 'Graceland' Jeff Buckley- 'Live at Sin-e' John Fahey- 'Best of the Vanguard Years' Stevie Wonder- 'Talking Book' Van Morrison- 'Astral Weeks'
I cut Radiohead from the list, because if I'm stuck with six albums, I want everyone of them to make me smile. Although it was more painful not to include any Brian Eno...
