I have a feeling that a polar plunge where you are from would be the equivalent of a nice summers day at the beach back home in Nova Scotia. Where's ur snow and ice eh?
Edit: I didn't focus on the background, or the folks in winter gear with the towels, think the speedo had alot to do with the oversight. Good on ya!

Chico, my only issue is you went with a boring all-black speedo. Next time, get festive. I have a great speedo that has a bulls-eye right...well...it's a bulls-eye on the front of a speedo, you get the idea. Makes funny pictures like that all the more funnier.

It was the only one in my size. I wanted lime green or some kind of pattern so badly, but the selection of speedos in Chicago in March when you're not in Boystown is less than stellar.

There was a disturbing amount of ice in my shoes after going in. There's a lot of snow at the lakefront right now, but they cleared the beach for the event.

This is my husband, Jack, and myself. (My real name is Schylar.)
Jack is a funny guy. You'll meet him at brunch!! He's quirky- shy at first- but is totally down to have a great time.
And this is my bestie Sarah and me at a locals 50s bands show. We like to dress up and dance. Most of the time people think we're apart of the show! I'm trying really hard to get her to come this year!!
