I started lifting again late september at about 145 and im around 185 now. So i've put on some fat, but i'd have to guess at least 30lbs of muscle. This next 8 weeks i'm gonna try to get my cardio in and do carb cutoffs so i can either keep my bf the same or maybe even lose a little.

Thats pretty sweet, you should put some of that aquarium gravel in the bottom, it'd just tie the whole thing together i think. And hippie, theres more where that came from.
