I grew up worshipping Rock and Roll like a religion. I know its shortcomings and strengths but have loved it unconditionally all the same since I was eight-years old. I ran away and joined the circus and honestly, I'm still as obsessed as I was as a boy. I'm not a kid anymore but I still remember how it felt and it doesn't really feel all that different to me now.

For the record, I AM ashamed of all these drunks. I only make appearances in this thread in the hopes that I might guide them toward the light, show them the way.

Our lager Which art in barrels Hallowed be thy drink Thy will be drunk, (I will be drunk) At home as it is in the tavern Give us this day our foamy head And forgive us our spillage As we forgive those who spill against us And lead us not into incarceration But deliver us from hangovers For thine is the beer, the bitter, and the lager Barmen
So never had a Belgian style Pale Ale...is it any good? Obviously NOT a wheat....so what's it like? I haven't seen that around here though I will def start looking for it? Is it richer than the normal IPA? More spicy? Less bitter? I LOVE my Belgian Brews...always looking for new ones to try...but I'm a white wheat girl, or a brun ale like Leffe Brun....but this sounds interesting enough to look into! ;D
Here you go, straight from the website. I'd say it's more effervescent than a standard IPA and has a very faint fruit undertone:
"Bitches come in a variety of forms, but there's never been something as sassy as Flying Dog's Raging Bitch Belgian IPA. An American IPA augmented with Belgian yeast, our 20th anniversary beer jumps out of the glass and nips at your taste buds with its delicate hop bitterness. At 8.3% ABV, this bitch is dangerously drinkable."
