I was gonna write something about growing out my pubis and cancer patients, but I decided against it ;D
EDIT: When flowers bloom. There you go. That takes away the filthy mental picture from above.
Today it was 75, so I sat outside. All of a sudden, a guy who was dressed like Elvis walked up to the big quad area and lay down right in the middle of the sidewalk. He laid there for a few minutes, then got up and started to walk away. Just then, a guy who was dressed up like a viking came up behind Elvis on a skateboard, hit him in the chest with a baseball bat, and they both fell down. Then, they pretended to fight for about 30 seconds before getting up and walking away together.
I guess that's how I knew it was spring. Random stuff is taking place outside instead of inside.

Me too. I keep trying to grow my hair back-out before I go entirely gray but, when it gets this nice outside, I always end-up shaving my head. I'm trying to resist the urge but, it gets harder everyday.

It's spring when I can lay out on a nice comfy blanket in the yard and sleep! Which almost happened this weekend....until hunger and children struck. ;D
Yay! for almost-spring! The kiddos have been practically living outside after school. And it's so neat, one day I walked out and one was Zelda, one was Link and one was Ganon I believe. They were using stick swords and shooting stick arrows at the remains of the Christmas tree. Such fun!

This is really my first spring in Colorado, as I'll have moved out here a year ago in just a couple of weeks. That said, I've found my own little things to latch onto...
-When I can keep the patio door open into the evening hours. -When the dude below me starts grilling out. -When certain songs reveal themselves in the new found warmth. -When the little dog park starts seeing activity. -When the local playground starts jumping. -When beer transforms from my favorite drink, to my own little religion.

Your kids are awesome.
Thanks so much They're great little kiddos if I do say so myself. I just got finished dragging them inside so they could go to bed. ;D Time has changed and it's light late therefore they've decided they must not enter the house except for bedtime protest time....or pizza. ;D Found an awesome spinach pizza tonight. Was nummy!
i can tell its getting close. i can hear squirrells and birds making homes in my roof. its torture. last year i had 15 bird nests under the overhang of my roof. for about a month in spring i have trouble sleeping because a hundered baby birds are crying for breakfast at 4 am everyday. the squirrells and chipmunks sometimes have gang battles up there too. its crazy. i was going to put screen up so i wouldnt have to deal with it. but unfortunatly its been 50 + degrees for 3 days and we still have 2 feet of snow on the ground and about 5 feet around the house where it avalanches off the roof. i have already heard activity up there. so now its too late. i dont wanna trap anything in. oh well atleast its not opossums and bats like the last house!

camping, camping, camping, camping, camping, camping, camping, camping!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! sorry, i'm really excited to go camping this weekend!
Isn't it gonna be cold as balls up there this weekend? It's gonna be down this way. Have fun keeping warm. I hate March's fickle weather. The warmth is just a tease. I'm on to March's little game
it'll get pretty chilly overnight (maybe around freezing), especially if we go where we usually do, but lots of blankets, a huge fire, a couple guitars, a bottle of fireball, should help take the edge off.
i didn't notice how warm it was today until I saw a bunch of girls on campus in skirts. I enjoy spring.
Yes! Skirt day is the best day of the year on here on MSU's campus! Not only is the weather wonderful but the sights are as well. The first warm day of spring, dubbed "skirt day", that's spring to me baby.

It's snowed the past couple weeks here heavily, then not even two days after the major snowfall, it got up to 60 degrees. It was heaven! Since that day, the temperature has flucuated between 55 and 75. So I'm going to go ahead and say spring has arrived, because I'm walking around in shorts and flip-flops.

We don't have skirt wearing girls here at the University of Arkansas. Instead, all the girls wear those tiny little gym shorts, which is nice. When springtime comes, the campus officially becomes boner city.
The first thunderstorm does it for me usually. We had one or two last week. And the first time I am left speechless at work when some coed walks in wearing "Pink" gym shorts or a miniskirt that cuts off at her buttcheeks is usually a sign.
I know its spring when there is that one first day when I want nothing more than to sit in the grass and read a book. I just did that, at 1:00am. It was lovely.
