did anyone have puppy chow as a kid? im not sure how exactly is made. but i know it involves chex, melted chocolate and powdered sugar. damn that stuff was good. im gonna have to call my mom and ask her about that.
Yesssss... I love that sh!t. Its probably one of the most glorious tasting things this side of a goo ball.
Sitting on my desk right now next to me is a box of Fruity Pebbles. That's my favorite, but next to it is a box of Fiber One. Since I've added that stuff to my regular diet, life is so much better. I mix the fruity pebbles with it to make it go down easier.
And yes... No milk. There are very few cereals I will pour milk on.
Dude, try the Very Vanilla Silk Soy Milk or the Chocolate variety. Both are delicious. The VV is especially good in coffee.

fruity pebbles are the shit, so is this thread. I also like cinnamin toast crunch, reese's puffs, and frosted flakes to name a few. That new nature valley cereal looks pretty good.
I can't find my favorite anymore...fruit & fiber with peaches...also like basic 4 and of course froot loops. I really want to try the new nature valley granola cereals...those are the best granola bars, yummy!

Does anybody in here eat Quisp? I remember my English teacher in ninth grade always raving on about it and he always said he would brign some in but he never did. He said that you cant get it in stores anymore and you have to order it online.
I used to love Quisp as a kid, and you can only get it in certain areas according to the website--Quisp is currently available in:
Wisconsin - Woodman's Milwaukee, WI - Kohl's Chicago, IL - Cub Boston, MA - Star Market Denver, CO - Albertson's Buffalo, NY - Tops

Dear store manager,
While I enjoy the tremendous variety of wonderful products in your store, there is one thing missing which leaves a void as large as the vast universe beyond our humble little solar system. That thing is... QUISP CEREAL!
Being predominantly earthbound, it’s hard for most of us humans to get "the greatest taste to ever come from space." So if you could find the time, myself, and millions more like me would appreciate if you could pull a few strings and get some Quisp Cereal in your store. I believe a call to your Quaker representative would help, since they seem to have an uncanny knack for contacting Quisp about such things. Thank you for your attention in this urgent matter and may the "Quazy Energy" be with you!

^Milk just freaks me out a little. Some people say that I have weird food hang-ups but, I just can't handle milk......or EGGS!
A bit off topic, but my girlfriend HATES (and I mean to the point of being physically uncomfortable) maple syrup and barbecue sauce...followed ever so slightly by honey. How can one person hate so many condiments so much?
I love milk, eggs, honey, BBQ sauce and maple syrup. Have to have milk in my cereal, though I do like it dry if I have to. Once in college I hankered for a bowl of Fruit Loops so bad that I used rum since we had no milk. It was a heady bowl.
- As a kid, I wasn't allowed to have any really sugary cereal. Kix was about as sweet as it got in my house. In retrospect ( and seeing all the ridiculously obese kids these days -- I mean, I'm far from trim, but at least I'm old enough to realize I have control over this ::steps off soapbox:: ), it was probably a good thing. I remember telling my neighbor/best friend's mom that Lucky Charms is what I'd like for my birthday.
- Speaking of not being trim -- if I truly didn't care, I'd live on Cookie Crisp.
- One of the first times I got, ahem, truly LIFTED...two buddies and myself ate our way through two boxes of Cinnamon Toast Crunch with no milk...but plenty of water. To this day, I'm not sure I've ever had a more satisfying meal.
Other acceptable answers: Peanut Butter Cap'n Crunch (does shred the roof of your mouth, but is worth it), Cinnamon Life, Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Adequate responsible cereal choice (not quite as good, better for you): Honey Nut Cheerios.
All other cereals: sucky; not worth it.
Although the "Dairy Council" is indeed an evil, lie-spreading conspiracy that among other things over-emphasizes our dependancy upon dairy products for calcium (just drink OJ!), milk and cheese still taste realz good, and cookies just don't work right without milk.
By far the best cereal is Oh's!!! I have a hard time finding them though... but since I pretty much reside in 3 places if I come across them I stock up!! And as far as milk goes... I can put it in my cereal and that is about it. NEVER do I drink it straight out of a glass. Kinda funny though... I am currently doing an internship in Asheville and I am a graphic designer for a company where I design "cool" kids school milk cartons!! The marketing team I work with has a campaign called "Milk Rocks!" hahahahaha

Actually, I hate most condiments........but ironically, my hate does not extend to maple syrup, BBQ sauce, OR honey (in fact, I like all 3).
However, mustard, ketchup, and mayo are another story altogether!
Oh.......and I always loved Cap'n Crunch. Tossup between Crunchberries and Peanut butter. And who the hell would eat the plain Cap'n?? Without crunchberries, what's the point? ???
