I never meant to suggest that people with piercings or ink or imaginative grooming/styling can't support themselves. But as you say, it depends on the field of work you choose. I chose a field populated by a lot of conservatives with sticks up their butts. That's why I express my individuality by wearing frilly women's underwear under my wool suits.
