After a real drunk night, i decided to get up and run the next morning, and i didnt make it too far before i started throwing up while in my run which caused a huge heaving motion, and ever since then, my stomach has hurt, and it feels like i have done 4000 cruntches in 20 minutes after never doing them before. Then last night, this hard ball of hurt appeared above the upper right of my belly button, and didnt go away till my roomate told me to rub it like your trying to get a knot out, and thankfully it worked cause i thought i was dying. But i still have abs of pain, and my post roo cough isnt helping it
yes yes and yes - when I used to run - I did exactly what you did - stayed up 1/2 the night drinking and then got up the next morning to runa race - ended up heaving in the bushes 1/2 way through - later that day I thought I was gonna die!
If I remember correctly - it took about a week or so - it was really hard to get out of the bed the next day and go for a run but I forced myself - not sure I ate much that week either and it only cured me from drinking for about a week

It's amazing how strenuous heaving and coughing (and even laughing, to throw in a positive one) can be on your stomach and abs... hope the pain goes away soon.
