Grrr for idiot attorneys who were here before me and failed to get an agreement in writing - instead going with the good ole boy verbal thing - I just lost a $12,000 collections case because of it! GRRRRRRRR
A big GRRRRR to just finding out that your stimulus check will be coming in check form instead of direct deposit (which I should have had this week)!!!!! GRRRR I've been counting on this money to be here this week, and now I have to wait until JULY for a freaking check. And I can't take it to Roo like I had planned.

I was supposed to tack on a motion to someone else's presentation today, and when she went to call at the appointed time, the judge's secretary said that he was in the middle of something and she would call back sometime this afternoon. So, now I'm probably not going to be able to get to her office in time to present it. (I know this is meaningless to everyone but me, but grrr nonetheless!

This one's usually pretty good about making (and keeping) appointments, but I guess something came up today. Another girl has an appointment on Monday, but someone else is already tacking on to her presentation and it was me and another girl tacking on today, so we don't want to bombard the judge on Monday with a whole bunch of us (especially because we actually have to go to his office and do the presentation for him in person instead of on the phone!). At least neither of our motions are due out until May 28, but I'm not sure anyone else is going to be presenting between now and then that we will be able to tack onto!

I can unGRRR this one, actually! The girl who was presenting today sent me an IM, and I was able to get to her office in plenty of time to present my motion (and the judge agreed with my recommendation!)! Now, the only problem is that I can't find my admin papers to turn it in! I'm pretty sure I must have left them in the other girl's office, but I can't go in there until she is done presenting, and sometimes this particular judge takes a long time (especially with new attorney's, and this is this girl's first presentation). So, it's a little bit of a grrr at this point, but it will be easily fixed, and I won't have any grrrs to take home for the weekend. I'm sorry, I'm rambling, I'm all adrenaliney.
YAYYAYAYAYAYAYAYYAY ----oppps sorry this is the grrr thread and not the yay thread - but am glad you got your motion done and that the judge agreed withyou!

Thanks! Me too! I hate when I miss deadlines, so if I'd ended up missing this one when I had PLENTY of time to get it in, I'd have been really upset!
Yay again because my admin. papers were in her office, and my motion is ready to go out on Monday! (oops, again with the yays . . . I'm just screwing up the grrr thread!)
Grr to that fever peaking at 102.2 this morning. Talk about feeling crappy. I've been in bed all day and am only now trying to muster up the courage to shower. I don't think I can stand that long without passing out.
